Apartamento vacacional Málaga centro situado en la 3era planta de un edificio de nueva construcción con ascensor, en el centro de Málaga. La propiedad cuenta con un luminoso salon con aire acondicionado, mesa de comedor, TV de pantalla plana, un sofá y acceso una de las terrazas con mesa de comedor. El apartamento cuenta con una preciosa cocina nueva con todos los accesorios y un cuarto de baño con bañera.



Este alquiler vacacional Málaga centro dispone de dos terrazas. Una más pequeña cerca del salón con orientación este/nordeste para disfrutar del sol de la mañana y otra más grande cerca del dormitorio con orientación oeste-noroeste para disfrutar del sol a partir del mediodía.



La residencia cuenta con dos dormitorios:

Un dormitorio con una cama doble, armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado y acceso a gran terraza con muebles. Un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado y acceso a la terraza completamente amueblada.



Hay una piscina comunitaria ( no climatizada) en la cubierta del edificio. Abierta todo el año.

Good, quiet location. Clean and modern apartment with everything and more included in the kitchen. The two terraces were fantastic. The rooftop terrace and pool looked good but the weather unfortunately wasn’t hot enough to enjoy them yet.

Stunning apartment in good location!

It's got everything you need, they really have thought of it all! I would say it's a bit cramped for six as only one bathroom and one toilet, but there were three of us so it was fine. Good location in residential area, a short stroll takes you right to the bars and restaurants. We hope to return!

Great property close to city centre. So lags staff were fantastic from booking to arriving. Given lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Appreciated the personal service. Apartment was really clean. Well decorated and with plenty of facilities. Terraces were great. All in all we had a lovely time.

We had a great stay in this excellent apartment. The location was good and the apartment was well equipment and spacious. It has two great terraces to catch the afternoon and late evening sun. The meet and greet was waiting for us on arrival from the airport and gave us all details of the apartment and some information about Malaga. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again without doubt. Solaga are a company I would definitely use again.

We had got in on a late flight and the host was there to meet us and make us feel welcome and even stayed to list places to go and was so friendly. When it was sunny the views from the main balcony were absolutely amazing, great place to eat breakfast and supper and just relax. The walks around the area were very scenic and everything was around a 10-15 walk away and lots to keep you occupied. The bedrooms and the apartment in general was very spacious and I would 100% stay here again when I come back.

Excellent location. Close to all sights in Malaga but quiet and peaceful. Flat right next to lift and opposite door to the shared pool. Two terraces and access to a shared pool. Nice outside sofa area with big umbrella for shade. Well equipped kitchen. Washing up liquid and also detergent for the washing machine. Smart TV. Good WiFi. Aircon efficient.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is in a quiet street.Itwas extremely comfortable,clean & well equipped, it even has a shopping trolley bag which was useful coming back up from Dia supermarcado, which is a five minute walk away.Everything is within easy walking distance to cafes, bars & restaurants too numerous to mention! The cathedral, and other attractions 10 minutes away, with the Marina and beach a pleasant 15 minute stroll through the park. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are coming back! The pool gate from our apartment was locked and we were unable to gain access without going down to the ground floor and up on the other side.

5* apartment, excellent location with great support from holiday rental team

We have rented accommodation for our holidays for the last 20 years and the Jintes accommodation is by far the best we have stayed in. The accommodation is 5 *, on arrival the air conditioning is on, you do not need to rush out and buy essentials such as toilet/kitchen rolls, condiments, sugar etc. All there. Solaga provide you with advice as to where to visit, shops etc. The patio areas are fantastic and now there is a swimming pool no more than 50 metres from the apartment (and yes on the roof) The rental company - Solaga, who you communicate with are brilliant, nothing is a problem to them. We were there during the taxi strikes, they contacted us and advised the best way to get to the airport, we had not realised there was a strike, as we were having such a great time, we were not looking at the news. If you are thinking about visiting Malaga at Feria (festival time), beware to us it was just everyone getting drunk for the entire time (lasts 10 days) and takes over Malaga. That is our age group 50+. You must visit Ronda, look at taking the trains and buses much better than booking tour trips. I cannot recommend this apartment further, you will need to see for yourself, you will not be sorry :)

The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. We liked to sit and eat out on the balcony accessed from the kitchen/lounge. Plus, the large patio off the bedrooms with very comfortable chairs and a sofa was perfect for relaxing as this area is completely private. We slept well in comfortable beds and the apartment was quiet. It is a short walk to nearby supermarkets and of course lots of excellent restaurants! We hope to return soon, thank you for a lovely stay!

Een fijn appartement dicht bij de dingen die je in Malaga wilt zien, van alle gemakken voorzien!

De ontvangst door Teresa was warm én efficiënt. We kregen informatie over leuke plekken en handige looproutes. Het appartement heeft twee dakterrassen, zodat we overdag in de zon konden zitten. Prima keuken om zelf te koken, wat we ook gedaan hebben. Alles wat we wilden doen en zien op loopafstand. Top! Niets

Sun trap in Old Malaga

The roof top terraces are peaceful & sunny, a great place to relax any time of day. The location is great for the old town, Alcazaba, galleries & only 15 minutes stroll to the beach. It was all very good, a little dusty & fluffy round the beds so I gave 4/5. As we were there 2 weeks, it might have been nice to get fresh sheets & towels halfway.
