Yes we thoroughly agree with the recently damaged freezer door...As its a built in unit we are waiting for the part from the manufacturer. On an island that can take a good few week but it is in the process of being replaced.. We take on board that the kitchen cooking utensils could do with adding more or even upgrading. This review score does not reflect our property in its entirety. The guest left mid stay without a single message or call to myself. Eventually they stated that they left because they did not like the community practice of placing the toilet paper into the bins provided. Had they have known this was the case they would not have chosen to stay here. They felt that we had miss-advertised our property based on this. In many years of being in this business this is a new one for me. You also will not find one holiday rental, bar or restaurant online advertising the use of paper bins in there bathroom facilities. Its just something we live and accept with here at our rural location. We are sorry you did not choose the right type of property for yourselves and your child, and encourage anyone who reads this to read all reviews before and after to get an honest opinion on Casa del Mar..
