Award-winning 3-bed apartment near beach and all facilities

This spacious apartment has two big sofa beds in the living room, in addition to the 3 bedrooms. With its two bathrooms and sleeping for 8, this is the accommodation for you if you are a large group of friends, a big or 3-generation family or would prefer having a bedroom each and space to spread out. It is superbly equipped, including the kitchen area off the open-plan living/dining room. All linen and even beach towels are provided. All you need to bring with you is your clothes!

With its south-east view, looking over the swimming pool and lush gardens, the apartment gets the morning sunshine -- ideal in winter, but is protected from the afternoon sun in the heat of the summer. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in all the rooms.

There are beautiful, cool, ceramic floors throughout the apartment but there are also rugs for winter.
We offer internet TV for British, German and Russian programmes and a large number of DVDs. There is also broadband internet access.

Great apartment with everything you need

The apartment is bigger than we expected. It was well equipped with all that we needed for our stay as a family of 3 adults and 2 children. Jane was prompt in responding to our enquiries prior and during our stay. There is a property manager there who also assisted us as we experienced a freak storm which flooded the balcony and water started seeping into the apartment. All resolved, and we felt reassured that there was support in an emergency. This was our first visit to Paphos and overall we loved it. The location was perfect for our needs, in walking distance to a couple of small sandy beaches, with lots of restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. You can easily reach the apartment by bus 612 from the airport (€2 adult; €1 child) and walk to the apartment. Many car rental places locally too where we hired a car. We would love to return in the future.

Winter break in Paphos

The property is very well situated for exploring the whole island by car. You can also do the same by bus very reasonable fares. Steve and Karen who look after the property for Jane the owner are very helpful. We had problems with the television which they all did their best to resolve. A very enjoyable stay.

Relaxing Stay

The pool area was great only comment reference the view from the balcony is that the profile picture was taken years ago as the view is now restricted by years of the garden’s maturity and the large palm to the right takes away half the view.

great complex

our stay on the complex was excellent, the apartment well equipped nothing is left to want, it is a little dated plus the shower could use a refurb there is mold and it leaks slightly - we found a couple of cockroaches in one of the bedrooms but they were timely despatched with the spray we found under the sink

Sehr schöne, große, luftige, helle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Sehr, sehr schöne, sehr großzügige, helle und luftige Wohnung in einer schönen, familiären Anlage. Super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Vom Sonnenhut und Adapter für Steckdosen über den Pizzaroller bis zum elektrisch beheizten Trockengestell war alles vorhanden. W-Lan, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Entertainment-Center, Bücher und DVDs, Kühltasche, Kühlpacks und endlich mal Aufbewahrungsdosen. Die Hunde im nahen Tierheim müssen allerdings sehr unter Stress leiden, sie bellten öfters mal. Die nah gelegen vierspurige, mäßig befahrene Straße kann man auch hören aber Paphos ist durchzogen von großen Straßen und es wird zurzeit sehr viel gebaut. Aber nicht in der näheren Umgebung. Die größeren Supermärkte kann man gut mit dem Auto erreichen, ein kleiner ist am Ende der Anlage in Richtung Meer. Der Hafen, viele gute Restaurants und die Strandpromenade kann man einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Der Stadtstand ist klein aber ausreichend. La Playa ist Richtung Flughafen der nächst größere Sand-Kies-Strand. In der Anlage leben auch viele Katzen, die aber anscheinend überwiegend gefüttert werden und zutraulich sind. Unser Sohn fand sie klasse. Das Meer war leider sehr dreckig. Überall schwamm Plastik an einem vorbei, teilweise Folien-Fetzen und Reste von Tauen aber auch ganze Plastik-Eimer oder Kisten trieben an uns vorbei. Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm, sogar mit Bademeister. Jede Wohnung hat ihre eigenen, beschrifteten Liegen & Sonnenschirme.

Appartement très spacieux et avec tout le confort et ce dont on peut avoir besoin.

Très bien situé à 5/10 minutes de la promenade le long de la mer , de restaurants et d’une plage . Joile résidence avé une belle piscine. Cet appartement permet de se poser et de rayonner aux alentours. Il y a tant à voir à Chypre. Nous recommandons vivement.

Winter week in Cyprus

Very well equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately we chose a particularly cold week for our holiday, and the apartment was extremely chilly on our arrival. It took a while to work out the heating and get it sufficiently warm, but once we did, we had a lovely time. Do hire a car if anyone in your party has mobility issues as it is a bit of a walk to shops, restaurants, etc. (fine if you are fit!). Four elderly pensioners!

Wonderful holiday with family

Lovely apartment and pool. All information that Jane gave us was excellent. Short walk to beach, restaurants and harbour. Taxi to big supermarket was only 8 euros. Bus from the harbour to Coral Bay was 1 euro 50. Our first visit to Paphos and we had a wonderful holiday

Property worth staying in

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, both times in Feb/March. It is in a lovely quiet location, short walk down to the sea front. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, freezer, washing machine, microwave. This March has been the coldest for years but there were adequate heaters and hot water bottles to use. The only slight downside is the TV. Both visits we have had to get someone out to make it work as you need to log in. Instructions are not very clear, especially if you don't use computers normally. My husband would have had no idea how to use it. But they came out quickly and all was sorted. There was also no swimming pool for the whole 3 weeks of our stay and we were not informed that that would be the case. Would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully go back there again.

Lovely family stay

We had a wonderful time at Jane’s apartment, all the information we needed were given to us prior to our arrival, easy communication, quick response from owner. Very good location. Spacious, clean apartment. Big pool to cool.. Close to all amities, walking distances to Kato Paphos centre with shops, restaurants, etc. Very close to public transport (if you don’t rent a car) I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Jane we had a lovely stay.

Worth a stay

We stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb/March 2019 and was very impressed with the apartment. It is in a great location, very quiet with no noise from the neighbours but you can hear the dogs from the nearby sanctuary (but only when they are hungry!) Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary implements, bedrooms were nice with plenty of room. Good shower, good water pressure and made good use of the washing machine. It was cold on our visit but there were a couple of heaters, air conditioning on warm and had hot water bottles so wasn't a problem. There is plenty of parking should you hire a car. Only slight let down was the TV. A complete faff to get into it with passwords etc and we only had BBC on iPlayer but didn't spoil our time there. Would definitely recommend this property and would come back again. Jane was very helpful in booking and the instructions to get into the property were really clear as we arrived at night

Fabulous

We love this apartment. Clean and equipped to a very high standard. Very spacious and comfortable and close to all amenities. The pool area is quiet and never crowded with lots of communal sun loungers. No need to put your towels out at dawn. The first time an apartment has matched the description so exceeded our expectations. Jane provided lots of useful information prior to our journey and answered any queries promptly. Even allowing us to stay on longer due to our late return flight. Cannot make a negative comment. The comments books in the apartment are also very helpful in choosing where to eat. Would love to return one day.
