The property stands out for the great style of its renovation, which has been carried out with high-quality materials, as well as its decoration, respecting the architectural elements of the flat, such as its mouldings and beams.



The kitchen is the protagonist when you enter the apartment: it has a central island and is incorporated into the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa and two large windows facing the street that provide a lot of light to the space.
