The apartment:



A difficult accommodation to improve due to its large size, careful decoration, and successful layout. A 300 m2 duplex penthouse with an outdoor terrace located in a listed building equipped with an elevator.



With capacity for 11 people, it has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 toilets, 2 large differentiated living rooms, independent kitchen and a charming terrace to enjoy sunny afternoons and mornings.



On the ground floor are the common areas and the main bedroom. Entering to the right there is an enormous living room decorated with three beautiful environments, flanked by two large palm trees that give it a summery feel. The living room receives a lot of natural light and has access to a terrace decorated with artificial grass and equipped with a small bench to sit on.



On the left, the kitchen is visible, with a giant and beautiful dining table in a space decorated in vintage style and with a stylish wallpaper. Magazine-like.

Next, the television lounge is located, enormous, with a large L-shaped sofa for 7 people. A true luxury. Large Smart TV. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to access to the apartment.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.



Contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
