We spent much time using the pool and listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach :-) The pool was absolutely fabulous; we found it to be a good size appox 12 x 5 m. The views to the sea are fantastic and we spent most evenings watching the absolutely gorgeous sunsets to the horizon. The beach is a mixture of light/dark sand but is also rocky and can be strewn with some sea debris with the waves can be a bit rough at times. We did however use the beach to swim. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very good; you could adjust the timer for 2/4/6 hrs at a time. We didnt need air conditioning down stairs as you could leave the doors open with the fly screens closed. The WiFi was good on the ground level but poorer upstairs. There were some RG45 ports upstairs for ethernet cables but not sure if there were working or not. We found the WiFi ok for streaming music and movies. We would recommend using the COOP for shopping; we found some bargains there compared to shopping in Papantonious in Polis although you will have to go to Papantonious for a lot things; we found the wine good value at the Co-Op. We would recommend the ice cream shop (Sweet Corner Gelato) close to the Co-Op There was also good views of the stars from the top roof of the villa where the hot tub was located. We did not use the hot tub or billiard table or football table. We did use the tennis court occasionally and it was ok for knocking a ball around but not really for any competitive game. Mrs Androula who looked after the villa was very helpful to us and sorted out any issues we had, she did a great job looking after the pool when the water got cloudy one day. She regularly checked the pool to make sure all was in order and you could speak to her or not if you had an issue. We would recommend visiting two beach bars in Kato Pyrgos, a bit of a journey but worth it (Grape by the Sea and IsI›I—IœI‘I¤I‘I¡I™I‘ Beach Bar)...we thought IsI›I—IœI‘I¤I‘I¡I™I‘ was the best. We would recommend two local bars/restaurants - Tipsy Turtle and Fly Again We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the villa and were sad to leave. We would have no hesitation in returning again. There were minor issues with ants and cockroaches which is to be expected in a hot climate. However, the house was cleaned very well each week with a special cleaning substance which helped repel the cockroaches and ants. We found a few dead cockroaches but this was good as it showed that the poisoning was very effective and things were under control. Overall the villa was expensive to book but worth it in the end.

Misleading and overpriced .

This villa is overpriced and out dated needs a refurbishment, and not equipped for a family to eat at home so take extra money to eat out all the time , pool table extra cost , air con in the hot living room extra cost , spa pool extra cost, but at least the house keeper andrulas brash attitude and bolshy manners come for free as an added bonus , one day she soaked me and my wife in cleaning chemicals as we was out by the poolside, without any warning we was soaked in water and cleaning chemicals as she was on the roof terrace cleaning , as i went upstairs to tell her , i was met with her attitude saying she was cleaning , welldone you could of warned us of this before, cockroaches inside the house on multiple occasions, aircon units that have not been serviced, the last week after the cleaning the villa started to smell of sewage so she just come round and put tape over some vents in the bathrooms , which again is unprofessional, the villa location is nice by the sea but the villa is a shame not worth the money im afraid the pool cleaner came once in 2 weeks , i mean i can go on and on , i would not book this villa again .

If you like a quiet holiday away from it all - this is the place. A lovely villa in a perfect setting and I never become tired of listening to the waves hitting the shoreline. The villa is very spacious and comfortable and the roof terrace is lovely for the view and for star gazing at night. The views along the coastline are stunning. The pool is lovely and very necessary to cool down during the hot days of July when we were there. In fact the whole outside space is everything you want with an easy 50m walk down to the beach. Id recommend a car for sure. Thanks to all involved.

Kalisto Beach Villa was the perfect location for a wonderful holiday. I could never tire of listening to the waves lapping against the shore, being treated to the majestic sunsets every night from the comfort of the bedroom terrace, lazily lounging in the great-sized pool, and sumptuous BBQs every evening. It was big enough for our family of 6 with plenty of space to spend peaceful, quiet time. The addition of the pool table was a bonus for a couple of the older kids. If youre happy to have a lazy, sun-worshipping vacation, you could probably get away without a car but as we wanted to experience some more of what Cyprus had to offer, a car was essential. Trips to Latchi to hire a boat for a day, for sunset boat trips and quad bike safaris were fabulous, and attempting the Aphrodite Nature Trail (but not succeeding due to the incredibly hot sun!) was most pleasurable. The beach is right outside the villa and you can wander along it for miles. Its sandy (in places) unlike some of the beaches in this area which are very pebbley, and theres plenty of fish around if you fancy snorkelling. Mrs Andoula was a great host and was on-hand to provide everything we needed, even supplying a door key when I stupidly locked ours in the villa (oops!)

We are a young couple who stayed at Villa Kallisto for one week in September. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner Andreas and house maid Androulla. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need to self cater. We loved the pool and hot tub with fantastic views from the terrace every night. We had breakfast on the beach and had BBQs everyday The villa is perfectly situated to watch the sun set whilst eating dinner Villa Kallisto is ideal for families couples who want to get away from their busy lives as the neighbours are limited and the area is quiet. We want to thank owners Andreas and Katerina for giving us a great holiday and thank you to Androulla for your help also thank you for Agni Travel for your help in finding us this gem. We will be recommending your villa to all our friends and family and we are sure that we will return to this gorgeous place! Big thank you
