Overview
Villa Charianna is located in Agia Marina, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a
private pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

On the first floor is a large, open plan living, kitchen and dining
area with access to the garden & patio doors to pool terrace. There is
also double bedroom and bathroom On the second floor is a double
bedroom with en suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. There is
also double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, ornamental
fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

Fantastic quiet location, lovely spacious property.

We loved this property. The location, for us, was just perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful and we were surrounded by fruit trees and mountains but the sea was literally five minutes walk away. The villa had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious and the owner was just wonderful. We would definitely return here. I do feel that you would need a car to stay here as the nearest larger town is approx 5 miles down the road, but there is a supermarket, ice cream parlour and coffee shops nearby. We felt safe here and very at home.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. Our host was excellent and lives only two doors away, so was on hand if needed, she was very friendly and helpful and provided some welcome provisions, as we arrived late at night, which was much appreciated. The villa is beautiful. It is situated in a very quiet residential area with views of the sea. The beach, small supermarket, Ice cream parlour and coffee shops are within walking distance. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is adequate and there’s a free standing electric fan also in case you do not wish to pay for air conditioning in the downstairs living areas. There is a lime grove immediately next door and pomegranate and fig trees grow very close by. I would say that a car is required if you are staying at this property because it is a little off the beaten track, but we loved this aspect of the property and relished the peacefulness of our stay. The mountain and countryside views are lovely. We would definitely return. We felt very safe here.

We were stunned by just how handsome Villa Charianna actually is, it looked amazing in the photos but its even better when you see it on the spot. This villa definitely deserves a 5***** stars rating. We actually couldnt wait until the sun started to set as the moon made the villa and pool feel so atmospheric. The villa was perfect for our stay it is very well equipped was spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, good water pressure, no shortage of hot water) which you sometimes miss in self-catering accommodation. Outside a spacious and comfortable terrace with a great maintained garden and also a nice pool area with sunbeds and BBQ area. There is an amazing beach within a short walking distance(200m). We will definitely miss the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets from the upper terraces/balconies where we mostly enjoyed our evening family gatherings. Overall it couldnt be a better place we had chosen for our vacation. A perfect heaven for a quiet and relaxing family holiday.

If you want a villa in a quiet location with spectacular views then this is the right one for you. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully kept with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We also had maid service twice during our 12-day stay. In Agia Marina, there are several excellent restaurants. Everywhere we went we were made to feel welcome and everyone was very helpful and polite. Agni Travel made the process of renting the villa easy and detailed. They were in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok which it was. We will definitely be going back in the very near future.

Booked a villa in Kefalonia through this company. Villa Charianna was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. The sunset and sea views from the upper balconies were breathtaking. Everyone in Agia Marina was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Polis, Argaka, and Latchi and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschonen Villa. Schon bei der Anreise und des Betreten des Grundstückes waren wir von der Gestaltung beeindruckt. Die groSse Palme am Eingang, die wunderschon rotblühende Ampelpflanze über der Mauer und herrliche Duft den die Blumen versprühen versetzen einem sofort in Urlaubstimmung. Der Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser und die Sonnenliegen ringsum perfekt. Sogar der Kühlschrank war für das Erste gefüllt mit wichtigen Dingen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr besorgt und und erkundigte sich immer nach dem Rechten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder;-).

We had a rest at the excellent villa Cherianna. The villa is very nice and spacious, I liked everything! The beds are comfortable, air conditioning in every room, a spacious kitchen, Internet. A comfortable swimming pool. The location of the villa is very convenient, near a shop, a cafe and the city of Polis. A very good hostess, always in touch and consulted on any questions, she cooks very tasty. I recommend you to stay in this villa.

Hübsches aber altes Objekt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen da die Insel einfach großartig ist, jedoch mussten wir Abstriche beim Objekt hinnehmen. Die Einrichtung war schon alt (70er Jahre), es gab keinen erste Hilfe Kasten, nur drei Messer und insgesamt zu wenig Besteck und Teller für ein so großes Haus. Außerdem war die Bettwäsche in allen Zimmern kaputt und teilweise dreckig, auch einige der Handtücher hatten Flecken. Weiterhin gab es im Haus eine echte Ameisenplage. Für Familien mit Kindern eher nicht empfehlenswert.

Schöne ruhige Villa mit Meerblick

Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig. Nur die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und an einigen Stellen schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Aber funktionieren tut alles. Einige Schränke und ein Klavier waren mit Schlössern gesichert, was recht ungewöhnlich war. Wir waren nur zu dritt, hatten also mehr als genug Platz, nur das Besteck war sehr knapp bemessen. Hatten nur drei Buttermesser und drei kleine Teller. Zum vorbereiten von Essen könnte das Küchenequipment gerne etwas größer ausfallen. Und vielleicht etwas um das Messer nachzuschleifen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur. Man konnte von den Nachbarn nur gelegentlich mal etwas hören, sehen aber nicht. Gleich nebenan war ein Feld mit Limettenbäumen und an der Straße gab es noch einen Feigen- und Granatapfelbaum. Der nächste Strand zum Baden ist etwa 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gab es einen schönen langen und dunklen Natursandstrand. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist etwa 15 min entfernt, dort bekommt man eine gute Auswahl an frischen Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse. Restaurants gibt es vereinzelt in der Nähe, die haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Wir waren dann in der nächst größeren Ortschaft, in Latchi. Dort kann man am Hafen sehr gut und günstig essen. Alles in allem war es sehr schön und wer seine Ruhe sucht, lieber in der Natur unterwegs ist und nicht den üblichen Touriwahnsinn braucht ist hier schon richtig.

Enjoyed - but could have been better.

OK - but downstairs bedroom smelt of damp,en-suite smelt of urine constantly. Kitchen utensils poor and toaster/kettle badly need replacement.Unable to see food when dining outside as two of the three large exterior lights not working. Lady seemed nice - constantly attending to top up leaking pool. Would have been nice if she had announced herself rather than just appearing around a corner. It seems she gets access to the grounds via a step ladder in the back garden.Towels and blinds meed replacement. The property needs an overhaul - I rent a propery and I would be embarrassed to own this one and charge so much. TLC required in my opinion. Would not rent again - that's not to say we didn't enjoy our stay. It's just the points raised detracted from the enjoyment.

Had an amazing time at Charianna, beautiful looking villa and fabulous pool. Would definitely need a car as most of the local restaurants were a good 10 minute drive due to the local restaurants being closed. Very relaxing and peaceful location if you can handle cockerels early in the morning. Androulla was very rarely seen but was contactable if needed, any issues were quickly resolved. Would definitely look to come back in the future.

The villa is beautiful and spacious set in a peaceful rural location, everything you need is within a 5\10 minute drive. You do need a car but thats the case everywhere in Cyprus if you want to get the most out of your holiday. Androulla is a great host, everything was so good we didnt really need her much. She has a broken foot yet still nothing was too much for her. Would definitely book with Agni Travel again, their service was faultless. I asked for a late check out at the very last minute and that too was not a problem. I highly recommend this agency, do not hesitate to book with them.

Truly wonderful villa. Private and secluded, however, just a short walk to the beach. Location was very quite (remote) so a car recommended. Property manager was really friendly; even leaving us a meal for our late night arrival! Couldnt fault the villa and....we have just rebooked!
