We spent a superb time at Villa Constantinos!! All the rooms were very well-equipment and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our sleeping there. Nice and spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace, where we spent most of our holiday. We also visited Polis and Latchi and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Villa Constantinos. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was lovely and perfect temperature in August... Agia Marina has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Agia Marina and Paphos District very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Constantinos for next year.

Nice villa but very lacking in facilities swarming in ants no pillow protectors and they needed throwing away no bottle opener no iron /board no cleaning materials no mop /bucket no pool towels very uncomfortable hard beds but outside areas were nice

Love this villa so much. We were very happy with everything. The villa was cozy and had more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, a pool everything! Enjoying your swim in your own private pool with a glass of wine was a delightful experience. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the villa, which made our holiday amazing as we did not need spending to much time walking to the beach. We do not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone as we had the best holiday ever!

Everything was perfect! It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. Great for couples and families who want to have a quiet holiday. A perfect villa near almost everything: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and other local amenities. Thank you!

Good overall experience. The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. The pool area was really beautiful and we spent most of our time there. There was a big terrace with a BBQ and an outside dining area. It is in an excellent position and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed pace of life in this little village. Definitely a location for those who are after tranquility and relaxation. We are already planning our next holiday at this villa!

The villa was fantastic. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. The pool and the terrace were magnificent. The children loved to play there almost all day, which in turn gave us a break too! Everything was really close, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, which was a real plus as we did not need to rent a car. We will come back!

Nice quiet area for relaxing break

Just back from a 10 night stay. The villa has fantastic outdoor space and lovely pool. Inside of villa could do with a little tlc here and there but overall was fine. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels changed mid holiday and pool was well maintained. Androulla was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her if you asked her for anything or reported anything to her. We needed a washer in shower hose and she replaced the hose part completely. On arrival at around midnight + we arrived to find a homemade soup keeping warm with bread and wine, and a nice welcome pack of basics. Lovely touch. The pictures on website need updating as it has changed a bit since they were taken. Only 2 sunbeds but with no cushions as in pictures, holes in the seats of the outdoor rattan chairs which you can feel when sat on so not very comfy. Bbq…..we had to go buy the throwaway ones from supermarket as no sign of any grill anywhere to cook food on over the coals, but they were cheap enough and better than any we have ever bought at home! There is an issue with tiny ants inside and outside of villa so be advised you will need plenty of ant spray. Nearest beach about 10 minute walk down past the local school. Some lovely empty stretches of beach around the area. Overall we had a lovely break and some fantastic food. ( visit the santa barbara on seafront 😋- about a 10 minute drive away towards polis). Androulla is a lovely host and we enjoyed her hospitality and friendliness.

Such a shame

Very poorly equipped kitchen, 2 sunbeds for 7 people, rusting BBQ, drain smell in twin room, lovely pool area in need of repair, over chlorinated leading to green staining and skin rashes. This property with a small investment in the basics and a few running repairs would be great, let's hope the issues raised above are addressed going forward.

Propriétaire très gentille! La villa était très propre et bien située. La plage est accessible à 5 min en voiture avec un très bon restaurant à côté de cette dernière. Je recommande ! Merci pour ce séjour !

Once clients of this company, you will always be able to count on the quality of the villas they offer. The villa itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required for a self-catering holiday. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. During our stay there we visited Argaka and Polis and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Cyprus. Most of our time we spend at Argaka Sandy and Paradise Beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Constantinos for next year.

Booked a villa in Paphos through this company last year. Nice to be back again with Agni Travel! Villa Constantinos was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. Everyone in Agia Marina was helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Polis and Argaka and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Polis and Latchi are ( both reachable within a short 10-15 minutes drive). The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We cannot wait to return. We would definitely recommend and return. Service from Agni travel has been fantastic throughout and everything has been clear and well communicated. The location is excellent, being right near the sea and local marina, and only a couple of kilometers from Polis for more tavernas and shops.

The villa and location was fantastic. Very peaceful, amazing views and the owner is a wonderful lady also. She was great help and no hassle at all. Put it this way, we have been looking for a permanent holiday destination for our family to go to every year and I think we’ve found it.
