As a family this was our first time renting a villa. It was outstanding. Absolute solitude and peace. Away from the normal all inclusive package's weve been used to. The villa was beautiful and just what we needed. Thanks (The king family)

Needs attention

Our initial feelings as we entered the property were that of disappointment. The pool is very tired and lots of debris at the bottom on our arrival showing it hadn’t been recently cleaned, sun beds in bad condition; lightbulbs missing, fridge with dead ants inside of it and so on. Our philosophical side then kicked in and we began to enjoy the villa’s peaceful location and great views, but other ongoing factors with this villa mean we wouldn’t book this again - the pool was visited regularly during sunlight by Oriental Hornets which drink the water. The pool was therefore unusable for fear of being stung, as if you tried to use it you were then surrounded by 2-4 hornets. This was pointed out to Agni Travel, who simply forwarded on to the ‘Property Manager’ who never came or reached out to offer a solution to this. The same with our request for a new iron - just ignored. After the holiday we gave our feedback to Agni Travel as requested, and this was again just forwarded on to the ‘Property Manager’. It doesn’t appear that Agni have any power over the quality of the properties they advertise and collect the money for…

Quiet, lovely Villa but let down by external issues.

Beautiful Villa, location, very quiet and secluded. Unfortunately the pool area was let down by the very poor state of repair of the sunloungers and padded cushions/mattresses. No light underneath large gazebo for dining/BBQ and some BBQ implements unavailable. We enjoyed our stay, it really is a beautiful place but felt letdown by poor quality external furnishings.

The latchi is lovely and will be using Agni again next year. Great places to eat in Latchi. Villa Heaven, what to say? Latchi is just a wonderful location with warm beaches and amazing beach front Bars. And, if you stay: go for an ice cream at the ice cream shop very near, run by a young woman, you will enjoy it. The villa was just right waking up to that glorious view on a still sunny morning is unbeatable.

It was one of our best holiday vacations. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. Peaceful, relaxing, lots of local wildlife to watch and fantastic views. As a self catered villa we had no problem at all cooking our own dishes. Thank you Agni

The villa is situated on top of a hill with steep slops leading up to it. It is very private overlooking the bay and surrounding area. A lovely, peaceful place. The kitchen/diner/living room is a very large open space. All the rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. The pool was a good size for two teenagers and the pool guy came every 2 or 3 days to check the water level. The cleaners turned up half way through our holiday (a bit of warning would have been nice as we would have tidied up :-), but they left the place really nice and clean and replaced the loo rolls with the ones they brought (only saying it as we bought a load in the supermarket on the way to the villa). Couple of lovely restaurants in the village next door with amazing local food and very good price.

My partner and I stayed at Villa Heaven and it really is heaven!! We visit Cyprus twice a year in various areas, Serena Peristerona is by far our favourite and will be the area we visit from now on. Its stunning scenery, amazing views and it is the most peaceful place I have ever visited. You definitely need a car as there are no nearby amenities within walking distance. We arrived to a spacious, immaculate villa and a welcome hamper was also there to greet us, much appreciated thank you. We had no issues whilst we were there but ensured we printed all the pre arrival details which were emailed to us prior to arrival and these included driving instructions and contact numbers for the out of hours Agni Team, an emergency number and also the contact number for the local agent which was really reassuring. Thank you Agni Travel, we have now placed a hold on the beautiful Villa Serena Peristeronas with intentions of confirming shortly.
