בסך הכל היה נעים והילדים נהנו. הוילה רחוקה כשעה נסיעה מהעיר פאפוס, לכן כל נסיעה לעיר מחייבת כשעתיים נסיעה. הלוך וחזור.חבל שאין מזגן בקומה הראשונה. הוילה מתוחזקת ונעימה לשהות, הבריכה מאוד כייפית לילדים

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist ziemlich alt, Ausstattung ebenfalls. Leider entsprach das Haus nicht annähernd der Beschreibung im Internet. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunde hatten unbegrenzt Zugang zum Grundstück und hinterließen ihre Machenschaften im Garten. Viele Dinge aus der Beschreibung waren nicht vorhanden, wie z.B. Mikrowelle, Sat TV, Sonnensegel über dem Pool, etc. Darüber hinaus haben einige Lampen im Haus nicht funktioniert. Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück ist ohne aufsetzen des Fahrzeuges kaum möglich. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses fehlten die Klimaanlagen, welche auf den Fotos im Inserat angekündigt waren. Es wurde provisorisch ein Ventilator hingestellt, weswegen es im EG ziemlich warm war. Gärtner und Pool- Bedienstete kamen ohne vorherige Ankündigung auf das Grundstück, weswegen man in der Privatsphäre gestört wurde. Einige Dinge wurden nach Mängelankündigung unsererseits behoben, andere widerum wurden gar nicht beachtet. Die Aussicht ist toll, jedoch überwiegen die negativen Dinge, sodass wir dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen können.

All perfect!!! Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a beach as well. Also, a wonderful pool area, where we spent most of our time. We really loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Best holiday ever!

Argaka Sunset Villa was amazing. It was in excellent condition and had a good location. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool, terrace, and a nice dining area with BBQ. All went well. There were nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Just a 3-minute walk was a beautiful beach which was a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay there and we will come back!

The living room, the kitchen, and all other amenities were perfect. It was clean and spacious and there was a lovely pool to relax in! During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby beach while in the evenings we gathered around our private pool. The agents were attentive. The owners were also amazing. We highly recommend Argaka Sunset Villa!

Very modern and in a great location. Argaka Sunset Villa was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. We visited Latsi Beach and spent an amazing time there: swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling. Do not hesitate to book this villa as we had an amazing holiday there!

Properly cleaned with all the amenities in place. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated as was the nice pool and the terrace. We found Argaka and Argaka Sunset Villa to match all our wants and wishes and we are glad that we stayed there for our holiday. We will definitely come again!

Lovely location

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa has amazing views of the bay...although you cannot walk to the beach, it’s at least a 5 minute drive. The villa suited us as a family of 5, lots of space. Brilliant pool, although not covered as advertised. We didn’t spend much time inside so we were grateful for the outdoor space. We enjoyed the table football and table tennis also. The Bbq was used a lot! Whilst this didn’t spoil our holiday at all, there were a few things which are dated and could do with updating. Broken parasols, missing cushions from outside furniture, the door on the washing machine flies open when in use and a few other things...We have emailed the company to inform them, because unless you stay at the villa I’m not sure you would be aware if you don’t stay there. We were very impressed with how quickly they responded when we reported something which was found to be broken on arrival. Lots to see and do in the area. Great boat trip to Blue Lagoon and a swim which we took from Latchi. A great trip into the mountains and some hidden villages. Santa Barbara, a restaurant on the sea front at the bottom of the road is brilliant...so picturesque we felt like we were sat in a photo. You can also hire deck chairs and parasols and beach was always quiet. Great supermarket in the town of Polis, lots of lovely patisseries also. We made some lovely family memories.

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy at the most beautiful Villa. The Villa Argaka Sunset and Argaka made our holiday perfect! Fantastic location and perfect sea views. The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Argaka and Paphos District very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Villa Argaka Sunset is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view during the day offers an exceptional experience between man and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The pool and the garden were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the pool, played there all day long and when they get bored we switched to the lovely nearby sandy beach. We visited Polis and Pomos a couple of times. Its a nice place with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Villa Argaka Sunset and Polis made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Villa Argaka Sunset to you all.

Great location, near to the beach.Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own terrace and pool outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and the pool and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends, etc. The views from the terrace over the beach were amazing and we really enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We found the people of Argaka very nice and friendly. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Polis and Latchi and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Cypriot specialties there. Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Villa was amazing, a real paradise, and would 100% go back. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and also near to the village Argaka. During our stay there, we visited also Troodos Park, with its stunning walks and paths, and also Baths of Aphrodite which is 16 min drive from the villa. This part of Cyprus is lovely - local beach, tavernas, boat trips, snorkelling etc all in easy reach. Will definitely be returning.

Sunset View Building Site

The property is is poorly maintained, unkept, dated and in need of urgent repair. The building work around the front and side of the property was noisey, disruptive and annoying from 0730hrs Mon-Sat. The directions on how to find Sunset Villa were poor, we needed the guidance of locals. The safe was no where to be found, AGNI had to arrange for fitting. The washing machine was broken, TV not working, the garden a total disgrace and over grown with weeds. The Pool was full of dead leaves. A decorative Lamp fell in the wind and smashed narrowly missing my head. This caused a power failure near sunset. The property manager was summoned to rectify all our complaints. We would not stay at this Villa again!. Very disappointed, a complete waste of money!. The only bonus was the view. Everything and I mean everything else was awful. Kitchen facilities, Shower rooms, bedding terrible. I can not say we enjoyed the Villa, but we did enjoy Cyprus as always.
