Weekend trip

Property is in a great location a short walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. No hassle and cheap to get taxi to and from airport at 17-20 euro. Clean and tidy and easy to check in. Great stay and would go back again. Puerto Del Carmen is a great resort for friends and families.

We all had a really good holiday at the villa, excellent location and the pool and table tennis table were good. I must say there are no bad points and I will definitely return to this villa and would recommend the villa and Agni travel.

Fantastic villa, well maintained with all home comforts and more.... From the moment we booked to the very end of our stay communication was great, no problems at all.. Richard was with us every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a long weekend to a long stay, you won't be disappointed

Perfect villa

The villa was absolutely perfect. Spacious and very comfortable. Spotless clean . Outside space had 4 sun loungers and you could get sun all day if wanted . Tv had English channels . Location was ideal nice and quiet and only walking distance to restaurants and shops . The letting agents was in contact through out the stay to make sure everything was ok. Will most definitely be back . Liam R

Great Location

Great location, easy walking distance to supermarkets and shopping centre. The property was clean and tidy with towels provided.However the outside of the property needs some maintenance. There was a number of cracked / warped tiles on the patio. The pool table was extremely wonky. missing tiles and peeling paint on the fibreglass pool. No cleaning supplies indoors and the TV seemed to have a blue tint. These issues aside we had a great stay, fantastic views from the upstairs of volcanoes and the sea.Lovely friendly cat seemed to live nearby and would come to see us daily.All in all a positive experience and would stay again.Communication with the property manager was superb.

All in all we had a good holiday in this villa, plenty off space, nice pool, decent enough location, have to say the showers could do with attention as their only really a trickle but usable, had a couple off small issues along the way but rectified quickly once reported, all in all a very good holiday here and would use again and recommend

This was our first family villa holiday consisting of my mother and father in law, myself and husband and two sons age 4 and 6 years. We took a taxi from the airport and arrived within 15 minutes to the villa earlier than expected but as described in the information provided by Agni Travel our key was in the key safe. The villa from start to finish blew us away. It was spotlessly clean had lots of space and was good for my mother and father in law to have their own space upstairs out of the way with their own balcony if needed. What really sold it for us was the outside space. In April the sun came on the terrace for around 9am and didn’t leave it until around 7pm. It was a real sun trap and even the floor was too hot to walk on at times. The men and children enjoyed the pool table and we all had a go at table tennis. The swimming pool was our sons dream come true. It had a cover which we placed on every night to keep it warm and stop debris from the wind going in it. The temperature was like a warm bath at times and was deep at both ends. Thankfully both our sons can swim so we were confident to watch them from the side of the pool. It was so much more relaxing than a huge complex pool where you are constantly head counting and feel on edge. The kitchen was fab and had everything we needed and we made full use of the washing machine come home with a case full of clean dried washing! We used the air con some nights and even put it on heat temp whilst getting ready one night as it was a little chilly. During the day it was hot but it cooled at night so we took cardigans and hooded jackets which were perfect. Location wise was great. No need for a car. 5 minutes walk to Lidl or a little longer in the opposite direction to the superdino. Lidl will ring a taxi to bring you home for less than 3 Euro’s which saves carrying water and heavy bags when you do a big shop. 10-15 mins walk to the old town harbour and around 20-25 mins to the start of the strip. We tended to walk to the strip from breakfast some days (2.50 euro full English!) and then alternate between strip and old town at night. If we walked to the strip at night we’d get a taxi home again for less than 3 euros. The biosfera shopping centre is close and we did the crazy golf there which we all loved. We want to try the outdoor cinema next time! Eating out and alcohol was so much better value than at home and we ate some beautiful meals. From start to finish the holiday was one of our best yet and we have already said we would love to return. Agni Travel have been great to deal with and the villa was amazing. Can’t recommend it enough! So sad to be home...

Really nice villa in a really convenient spot to get into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen 10 minute wall to the Biosphere shopping centre. Villa is lovely and comfortable. Pool was great and the terrace is a little suntrap !
