Lovely villa in a great location. Very clean. I stayed with my daughter and we enjoyed the pool, ate at a good restaurant right by the bay - about 6 minutes walk away. The only thing I’d say is our internet went down a couple of days into our stay and wasn’t fixed. Communication with the property manager was good and I discovered I had left some jewellery which was located by the cleaners and the company were very helpful and are in the process of sending back to me.Reason for 4 stars is only that we arrived on a Sunday and found that we needed to buy everything. So heads up, buy salt, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, and anything like that. You sort of hope there’s a few bits but there was nothing. Do a shop first!

Title

I submit the following acknowledging we've never stayed in Spain before. The process started poorly wherein we navigated to the address provided, but it was not the correct address, it was the house next door. We were disheartened to have only a single towel, pillow and blanket for each registered guest. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for 8 registered guests for six days, and zero laundry soap and only two dishwasher soaps. Our requests for more of all of the above were flatly denied. The dishwasher (which after searching the serial number online was found to be 12 years old) jammed shut and we were accused immediately of breaking the washing machine. Unprofessional. We were bounced between the booking agency and the POC listed on the information sheet for all of these issues. A joyous occasion that was turned to very stressful because of accomodations.

Decent basic house in a beautiful location

House quite basic overall, not very welcoming , not even the basic amenities like salt or shower gel were there , the lights in the bedrooms were not working properly... the pool area is smaller than on the photos, not even space to fit a table for breakfast. the lady to clean the house arrive at 10.00 on the dot to ask us quite rudely to get out of the house .. this is the first time I experience that with all the house rentals I did. overall not a great experience , wouldn’t recommend it.

Family Holiday August 2022

We had a great 10 day family holiday at villa Bini Estrella. We were we 2 families, 8 guests in total, with children/young adults aged 22, 18, 15, and 7. The accommodation was spotlessly clean on arrival and furnished in a traditional style, some items of furniture were a bit worn around the edges but all functional. Villa has a very homely feel and good size. Top veranda overlooks the town with sea view which was lovely in the evenings. The smaller bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated and probably in need of an update but all functional and useable so although could look a bit better didn’t effect our holiday. Both bathrooms have a shower just the main bathroom is a shower and bath. Water pressure is excellent so showers worked well. The star of the villa is the pool which is a great size and great fun on a hot day, pool is in the shade late evening 6pm onwards so nice to cool down or chill out by after a full day of sun. Pool only had one umbrella so with 8 loungers an extra one would be better for large parties like ours, to give a bit of extra shade in the day. All bedrooms have air conditioning which we needed as was exceptionally hot even at night so we’re very useful to keep inside cool. Es Canutells town itself is very quite so no real nightlife for young adults as such, there is a restaurant overlooking the main beach which is very pretty and food was traditional Spanish. Restaurant is open at lunch and evenings and as the only one in the town gets busy so worth booking for larger groups. We loved the Spanish feel of the town and area and as a family holiday is a good base as close to Mahon, Binifuser and BiniBecca. I would say a car is essential to get to other beaches, visit other towns, and get to supermarkets in Mahon (The port and markets in Mahon are also worth a visit, dont go early as nothing opens until at least 6-7pm) There is a small shop in town which is good for essentials but more expensive for bigger shops. We tended to drive into Mahon which has lots of supermarkets, our favourite was Mercadona on the outskirts. Overall this villa and location was a great base to see and explore the island or chill by the pool.

Excellent. A lovely Villa, well presented. All white goods looked new and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen with everything a family would need. Beds comfy and good shower. Pool area and sun beds excellent. A short walk to a lovely beach which gently slopes making it excellent for the youngsters. One supermarket but one can get by without a car to travel to big supermarkets.

Excellent family holiday

Great location for a family with young children. My only criticism is that the unverified reviews talk of bars, restaurants, shops within walking distance. There is only one restaurant and one supermarket.

I need to say that in reality is even better than on the photos! We had the most wonderful holiday ever! The property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Cala en Porter and Binibeca are also close in just a 10-15 min driving. Local people are very friendly. We are coming back for sure.

Had an amazing 2-week stay at Villa Bini Estrella. We have stayed in Menorca for the last 5 years and love the location of the villa and the area we tend to stay at. The villa its self well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice quiet location, near to almost everything. Nice and cozy bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable too. The outside area is spacious with good size pool and a nice terrace with a patio(and bbq) from the opposite side of the villa. Within a short walk(3-5min) from the main street and across you will pass by a selection of good eating places and bars. Overall a perfect villa and to us also a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. The house has four very cozy rooms, with very clean bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and other needed amenities. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity and within walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay there we visited Binibeca and Cala en Porter and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Menorca. Nice and friendly people in Es Canutells. Menorca has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

Villa Bini Estrella is set in a very tranquil location but is still within short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely holiday at the villa! It was the perfect size for us, very clean and comfortable, lots of shady places to sit outside (especially the patio and BBQ area were a PLUS). The pool was great, we really enjoyed that. The location was terrific too, very quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, tavernas and with a car, there are lots of great places to visit nearby (Cala en Porter, Binibeca, Binissafuller...). I would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Bini Estrella.

The property was within walking distance to almost everything: beach, restaurants, bars, shops... Lovely walk along the coast of Es Canutells and great restaurants around the Platja Es Canutells and Cala en Porter. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. Agnis service was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Cala Canutels were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Cala Canutels, Cala en Porter, and Binibeca are. We enjoyed tasting their local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. It is a beautiful house amid palm trees and hedges with a great terrace in front of the villa and a spacious pool behind. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area out the back was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all my expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful.

We had the most amazing time in this villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach(Playa Es Canutells), which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Menorca and would definitely recommend Villa Bini Estrella!

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise, but within 5 min walk, you are at the beach with all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Es Canutells is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Spanish cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!
