The apartment is in an old and historic block with a complete interior rennovation done in 2019. It is with walking distance of Miradouro da Graça, arguably the best view of the city. Different from other touristy spots, you will find amazing local cafes and shops within 5 mins of stroll.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The house includes fast wifi, smart TV, and working monitors to keep you up to date

The living room is filled with tasteful interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax or socialize.

After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! The SmartTV includes my Netflix account for your unlimited access and other streaming apps for a relaxing evening or day. Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements.

One of the highlights of this unique home is the design of a small apartment remodelled to give you a sense of being in a larger apartment along with great decoration filled with bright colors which is so pleasant to be around.

The bedrooms all boast comfortable beds with fresh, hotel-quality linens, as well as hangers to store your clothes. Black-out blinds on the windows keep the room dark so you can always get a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed.

There is a portable heating/cooling unit which you can move along the house as well as two standing fans for those typical Portuguese hot summer days.

In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy an energizing shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.

You can also cook and enjoy a lovely meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with all your essential utensils, pots and pans as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, oven and large fridge for your shopping. There is a cafetiere for you - just purchase some ground coffee, pour hot water over to wake up and smell the coffee!

The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

The apartment is in a traditional building without elevator.

Located in the heart of the old downtown of Lisbon, to the north east of the Castelo de São Jorge, Graça is one of Lisbon’s oldest and most popular neighbourhoods, dating back to the 11th century. Sitting on the hillside overlooking the Tejo river, the Miradouro de Santa Graça is a beautiful spot to enjoy one of the best views in the city, and is popular with locals, especially at sunset. For a truly authentic Portuguese shopping experience, check out the Feira da Ladra Flea Market, where you can browse makeshift stalls selling everything from old silverware to vinyl records and hand painted tiles. The city’s most famous form of transport, the iconic Number 28 tram stops in Graça and a trip on the beautiful original 1930s trams is the ideal way to get around while seeing some of Lisbon’s history. Getting Around:
You know, you are at the center of the city. Why don't you put on your best walking shoes, walk on the cobble roads that generations have walked before you, shower yourself in the rich and melancholy history of Portgual? In 10 minutes, or less, you can walk get to Santa Apolónia (with trains, metro (blue line), and bus to Parque das Nações (Oceanário, arenas and shopping center)). The tram Nº28 is 8 mins away from the apartment and will take you to across the labyrinth neighbors such as Feira da Ladra and Baixa/Chiado.

Having a cold drink by the two fantastic viewpoints, Miradouro da Graca and Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte should be on top of your sun-set routine. If you indulge yourself with one too many drinks, Uber is a safe and quick way to get around. Fair is around 10 eurs intra-city. If you want to get somewhere further way, you will find bus 735 which is 120 meters away from your apartment. It will take you to Cais do Sodre (train to Cascais) on a fast lane.
