Newly built Residence Villa Meri opened in April 2021!



Book your holiday now in the brand new "Villa Meri" residence in Manerba del Garda, just a few steps from the beach Spiaggia della Romantica.



Our 8 apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped, are equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.



The elegant building offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sun loungers available, a barbecue area and a laundry room with a shared washing machine.



The 4 apartments called “Lake” are located on the ground floor and offer enough space to accommodate up to 4 people.



A double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a modern living room overlooking the private porch furnished with an outdoor table to enjoy excellent outdoor dining. .



The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction plates, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and Nespresso Coffee Machine.



A satellite TV, WIFI connection and air conditioning in all rooms will allow you to enjoy the comfortable comforts of home even during your stay.



Sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay.



Each apartment has a parking space in the underground car park and an uncovered car park. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



Villa Meri awaits you in Manerba del Garda with its paths surrounded by nature, long beaches and excellent cuisine. We will be at vs. full disposal to advise you on the most attractive places to visit and the best restaurants.



The famous amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away. Request discounted tickets upon check-in.

Fantastische vakantie

Het huis staat op een goede locatie om het Gardameer te verkennen. In 5 minuten sta je lopend bij het water en heb je keus uit meerdere restaurants en een ijssalon. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij waren er met 2 kleine kinderen. Het zwembad is afgeschermd, waardoor je geen zorgen hebt. Wij waren in het naseizoen, daardoor was het zwembadwater wel wat koud. Op elke kamer een airco, keuken volledig uitgerust, fijne badkamer. Niet alles was schoon. Ik zou ervoor gekozen hebben om de muren op het terras hoog te maken, in plaats van aflopend. Nu stond je soms oog in oog met de buren, terwijl wij liever privacy hebben op vakantie.

Eine super tolle Wohnanlage

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer ganz tollen Wohnanlage. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die Terrasse direkt am Pool, sogar abgetrennt, damit Kleinkinder nicht einfach unbemerkt in den Pool fallen können. Es war alles super sauber. Auch der direkte Kontakt zur Wohnungsverwaltung war ganz unkompliziert. Es wird sogar ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Unschlagbar ist natürlich die unmittelbare Nähe zum Gardasee, die Promenade lädt abends zum flanieren ein. Restaurants sind auch ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Wohnung direkt am Pool sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage Ansprechpartner sehr gut erreichbar Sauberkeit optimieren Geschirrmenge an Spülmaschine anpassen große Salatschüssel sowie scharfe Küchenmesser fehlten. Qualität des Inventars wäre optimieren

Urlaub in der Vorsaison

Alles super, Einrichtung ansprechend wie auf den Fotos, alles da was wir gebraucht haben, Betten bequem schöne Terrasse. Wir waren in der FeWo Anfang März, deshalb war es um uns herum total ruhig, was für uns pefekt war. Das Einzige war, dass es mit dem Brötchenservice nicht geklappt hat, was sicher daran lag, dass die Saison noch nicht eröffnet war.

Aufenthalt in der Villa Meri-Lake

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Swimming-Pool war uns willkommen und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut. Besonders hat uns das kleine "Starterpaket" für die Küche und einer ersten kleinen Malzeit gefallen. Auch wenn die meisten Hunde im Anwesen diszipliniert waren, wäre uns ein Aufenthalt ohne Hunde lieber gewesen.
