Sunrise 5 Apartment - Beautifully Located Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom Above Beach

Superb location, ground floor, airconditioned, 3 bedroom apartment with large terrace giving spectacular views across the Argolic Gulf and down to the beach below. The sunrise and views are magnificent. The apartment will sleep 6 comfortably in a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for an extra person or child. The living area leads outside to the private terrace which has a large outdoor table with sunshade and seating for 6.
There is a well equipped kitchen with modern facilities fitted including full size cooker and fridge freezer. The living room has comfortable chairs, a dining table with chairs, satelite TV, books and magazines. The shower room has a toilet, wash basin and shower and there is a separate WC room with toilet, wash basin. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. All linen, cooking utensils and crockery are included.
The secure garden has flowers, fruit trees and lawn with a BBQ terrace and outdoor tables and chairs. The whole area is fully enclosed with the added security of an electronic gate. The garden and the exterior of the apartment block are covered by security cameras. There is plenty of free parking and a good broadband connection.
Steps close to the main gate lead down to the beach which is ideal for swimming or general relaxation. There is also an outside shower which guests can use to freshen up after coming from the beach. Beach umbrellas are also provided if required.
The picturesque village of Xiropidado is within easy walking distance where you will find small shops and seafront restaurants serving varied menus including traditional food and wines.
This is an ideal location to explore other regions nearby, including the lovely old town of Nafplio just across the bay or the magnificent ancient theatre at Epidavros, where Greek drama productions are staged in the summer months.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay near Nafplio, with a magnificent beach 100 meters away. Ideal for children, as the beach is protected from the afternoon sun. Vassili and his family are very welcoming hosts.

Wonderful summer in Xiropigado

We had a very nice vacation at sunrise apartments in late September. Katerina Giannopoulos and her father were very informative, kind and helpful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed, we'll definitely come back here to wonderful Xiropigado.

Hidden Gem!

We picked Xiropigado off the map, having stayed previously in the next village up the coast (Kiveri). This apartment was an incredible find! My family of four felt right at home. We had plenty of room to spread out, and it was convenient to have both a second half bathroom and a washing machine (with a drying rack outside). The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to get most of what we needed from the small market in town. The BEST part of this rental, though, is its location above a beautiful private beach! It's rocky, like many in the area, but it's gorgeous and secluded. We spent many hours there, reading in the shade and cooling off in the clear water. It felt like our own little slice of heaven! In addition, our hosts were wonderful. They were responsive and incredibly friendly. We were sad to leave, but will hopefully return in the future!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben Ende Mai knapp eine Woche in Katerinas Appartement verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Der wunderschöne Steinstrand liegt direkt unterhalb der Terrasse und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Nachdem wir noch in der Vorsaison gereist waren, hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter sind absolut freundlich und wir sind mit kleinen Geschenken verwöhnt worden. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort zu 100% empfehlen.

Wonderful stay

we stayed in an apartment within a gated four-apartment complex, sitting right on the edge of a cliff overlooking an amazing private beach. The place was extremely well equipped, sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large table and parasol right outside, allowing us to have meals while watching the sea. The owners were wonderful, super friendly with the kids and ready to help with anything. There are three very different beaches minutes away by foot - two secluded ones and one ‘proper’ beach with a restaurant and beach beds. This was the last stay of our holiday and it made for a prefect ending to it. Highly recommended!

Un appartement très agréable dans un lieu qui l’est aussi

L’appartement, 3 chambres, est bien conçu et équipé, dans un quartier calme. Grande terrasse de plein pied avec vue magnifique sur la mer, qui elle est en contrebas (l’immeuble est au dessus d’une petite falaise). Une jolie plage de galets est accessible via un petit chemin et escaliers, en 5 minutes de marche. Le village, avec une plage, un tout petit port, des restaurants de bord de mer et petits commerces, est accessible en 10 minutes à pied. La ville de Nauplie est accessible en 30 minutes en voiture, via une route côtière. L’accueil du propriétaire est impeccable et très sympathique. Il est tout à fait disponible et efficace.

My name is Katerina and I manage Sunrise Apartments in Xiropigado for my father and family. We have lived in Argos and Xiropigado for many years and know the whole region very well. The only time I was away was when I attended university in Crete and then spending some time in Athens. We are a close family and do our utmost to make our guests welcome at Sunrise Apartments. We do not want to be intrusive but should there be a problem there will always be someone to assist and answer any problems you might have.

You would have to go far to find a property for your holiday with such an excellent location. The views and beautiful scenery are fantastic in this lovely region of Greece. There ate 5 apartments set in a garden of flowers, fruit trees and lawn with BBQ terrace with secure electronic gate. Each apartment faces the sea with either a large private balcony or private terrace. The sunrise from each is fantastic. Steps just ouside the main gate lead to a secluded beach which is safe for children as well as adults.

A beautiful region and an excellent base to explore other unique places of interest.. The lovely old town of Nafplio is just across the bay. Water taxis from here will take you on a daily return trip to the islands of Spetses and Hydra. The archaeological sites of Mycaene and Tyrins are a short drive away. The ancient theatre of Epidavros is well worth a visit where ancient Greek drama is staged during the summer months.
The mountainous heart of the Peloponnese rises up behind Xiropigado. The city of Tripoli, at altitude 600m, is only a 55 minute drive away and is the centre of the mountains, which reach 1980m. For walkers, the Menalon Trail is one of the highest-rated and most walking trails in Europe and passes through this dramatic mountain landscape with eight beatiful mountain villages.
