Villa Paradiso is the perfect house for 1 large family or 2 families that wish to share a holiday together and yet also enjoy some privacy. The house is comprised of 2 parts, the main house and an annex. They share a large terrace and garden planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs. A path surrounded by olive trees leads down to the sea. The house is in a quiet location set back from the road and it has its own private parking area for 2-3 cars.

The main house is on 3 floors. On the garden level is a large open plan living and dining room with kitchen. Double doors from here lead onto the terrace and garden. Up a few stairs is a mezzanine floor with the main entrance from the parking. Here there is a a twin bedroom and shower room. Up the stairs is a large double bedroom with stunning sea view terrace.

The annex is accessed from the terrace and garden. In the annex is a double and a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is a small kitchenette with fridge. The terrace and garden can be accessed directly from the parking area.

Sutivan is located 7km west from main town of the island, Supetar, it is easy accessible by car and daily connected by bus.

Getting to Brac: Take the 50 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes. The cost per person is approx 6,50 Euro.

Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.

Alles in allem ist Sutivan und Umgebung eine schöne Stadt mit ausreichend Infrastrukturund wunderschöner Promenade. Die Freundlichkeit der Argentur und des Vermieters ist sehr gut, sie sind sehr höflich. Allerdings sind die Fotos im Internet leider sehr verwirrend gemacht. Denn das Haus ist so fotografiert dass man denkt die vorderseite vom Haus wäre das Nebenobjekt. Das Nebenobjekt ist baulich nicht in Ordnung, wir hatten zwei Regentage während unseres Urlaubs dabei und in allen Zimmer ist viel Wasser durch die geschlossenen Fenster in den Innenraum gelangt. Die Kinder mussten Handtücher auflegen und der verlegte Boden ist so verlegt dass zwischen jedem einezelnen Holzbrett Spalten sind. Kühlschrank war defekt im Zubau, Abfluss der Dusche hat nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Die Terrassentpr konnte man von aussen in versperrtem Zustand leicht aufdrücken und es gehen - offensichtlich - Einheimische durch das Grundstück durch obwohl es mit einem Zaun zu gemacht ist. Das Eisentor am unteren Ende des Grundstückes ist abgerostet und somit ist das Grundstück am unteren Ende offen und lässt sich nicht verschließen. Die Couch im Wohnbereich und dahinter sind in schlechtem ungepflegtem Zustand und ein Bett brach beim reinlegen auseinander und musste wieder repariert werden. Also diesesUrlaubshaus ist keine 2000 euro wert.

Alles war gut. Gut ausgestattet auch die Küche, nur bei den Töpfen und Pfannen fehln die Deckeln. Entfernung vom Meer stimmt. Nur Internet war ziemlich schwach und im Nebenhaus überhaupt keinen Empfang.

Great retreat

We had a wonderful time. The house ist spacious and the therase plus the garden great for kids to run and play around. Also, it makes it as good privacy space. The people in charge are very nice and helpful. It would be time however to change the appliances (the washing machine, dishwasher, Etc). It is a privilege, but for this price almost expected..

Villa Paradiso - wir haben es genossen

Wir haben den Ausblick (Sonnenuntergang) das Grundstück, die Villa genossen. Das Haus hat Platz für 8 Personen, aber schon zu viert war das Geschirr knapp, die Küche ist leider nicht ganz so umfangreich ausgestattet; und die Bestuhlung würde zu acht auch nicht ausreichen. Bei Ankunft haben wir manches defektes reklamiert und es wurde teils behoben. Direkte Ansprech Partnerin auf der Insel, hat sich immer gekümmert. Wir haben es so genossen, dass wir uns vorstellen können wieder zu kommen!
