Nice place! Good and calm location, the beach close by is amazing. Everything worked and was clean. The pictures of the terrace with sea view are not directly at the appartment, but shared with the other appartments on the property, which was not clear to us when we were booking. But still only few seconds walking for a perfect sunrise and sea view.

Breathtaking views on the Eastern Ibiza Coast

This quaint apartment is in a beautiful, quiet, & peaceful apartment complex, walking distance from Cala Llenya There are friendly families & a cliff walk that will take your breath away, along with a community-shared charcoal grill and picnic area to watch the glorious sea on the cliff. The apartment is small and although it does sleep 3, I recommend no more than 2 guests for the comfort of all involved. The air conditioning can make the air quality dry; please keep in mind if you are sensitive (I always travel with a mini air humidifier). There is a great restaurant named Cam Pere (spelling?) that is walking distance (wonderful waitstaff and delicious food) and also Cala Llenya Resort has a restaurant called Ibiscus. The staff is friendly and the food is OK. Otherwise, there are limited options for food and only one overpriced market within walking distance that is not well stocked. Plan ahead by buying groceries in a different part of the island before coming here if you're on a budget. Recommended to rent a car; this location is far from clubs and activity on the island. Taxi Click app is vital and maintain a large budget for taxis if you intend to use them while staying here. There is a kettle and coffee maker (we could not locate the coffee grinder). Bring an extra set of extra towels if you plan to stay more than a few days. Alfred is a fantastic host and always responsive to questions.

No repetiria

Cuando llegamos la entrada estaba sucia de hojas, igual que la mesa(no pudimos usarla) y banco sofa exterior, al entrar mucha humedad y mal olor(le falta ventilacion), los cristales mojados por dentro, el sofa muy incomoda para estar mucho rato(mejor sentados en las sillas del comedor. Cuando abrias los armarios del dormitorio mucha olor a humedad, tendrian que cambiar la alfombra de la ducha(se veia muy deteriorada). Tendrian que hacer algo con las defecaciones de los gatos. No todo es malo, el sitio es estupendo con vistas al mar con amaneceres espectaculares, el colchon de maravilla(que bien se duerme), poder aparcar . Saludos

Accommodatie ligt heerlijk rustig in het groen op een rotswand met prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Er is geen directe weg naar het strand, maar in de omgeving zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden om op unieke stranden te komen.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine gute Zeit! Der Check-In war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation mit Alfred war super. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es fernab von der Touristenhochburg gelegen ist und man dort wirklich ein Gefühl für die Insel bekommt. Ausstattung der Küche war gut, aber ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher könnten noch ergänzt werden! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall top.

Great location and a good base to discover the island. Walking distance to Cala Llenya beach. A small market is around the corner and Sant Carles is also very close by car. Would stay again!

Appartement dans une jolie résidence, Cala Llenya un village superbe et sauvage

L’emplacement à Cala Llenya est vraiment top, à 10 mn à pied d’une sublime plage et dans un endroit assez sauvage (pas de gros hôtels). Emplacement très pratique pour vadrouiller dans toute l’île. La terrasse de l’appartement est très agréable, plein de plantes partout et l’intérieur est propre et les lits assez confortables. Alfred est aux petits soins pour s’assurer que tout va bien. L’arrivée dans les lieux est très facile et autonome. On y reviendra avec plaisir !
