Casa das Palmeiras is a very spacious villa located in a very quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, and at the same time is close to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are just minutes away by foot.
Casa das Palmeiras has on the ground floor a large living room with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area with barbecue, as well as the pool area, surrounded by garden and trees. The first floor has a double en-suite, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another room where you can relax and enjoy a good book.
This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Outside by the pool there is even a covered space with a snooker table and ping pong table so you can have fun in the hottest hours.
Casa das Palmeiras is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of €70 per day (minimum cost per stay: €490). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.
The famous Santa Eulália beach is just a few minutes' walk away. You do not need a car.
Casa das Palmeiras is located in a central area, with easy access to theme parks, Algarve Shopping, the beautiful locality of Guia, and the Salgados golf courses.
