Our properties are stocked with a starter supply of essentials, but we do not provide food items such as salt, pepper, condiments, coffee, or similar pantry products. For guest safety and sanitation, we avoid leaving opened or previously handled food items between reservations, since we cannot verify how they were stored or used by prior guests. We’re sorry the thermostat settings caused frustration during your stay, and we’ll pass that along for review. Regarding the water discoloration, heavy rain and stormwater runoff can temporarily affect Gulf water clarity in certain areas, which unfortunately is outside the control of the property or management team.
