Aloha y Bienvenido al Condominio B8 Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums en el soleado sur de Maui. El condominio B8 cuenta con una cocina recientemente remodelada, muebles de sala nuevos y nuevos A / C de Mitsubishi.

Kihei Sands Condominium se encuentra directamente en una de las mejores playas de Maui, Sugar Beach. Maui family vacation

We had space for family privacy,but close enough to fill like we were in one large house. We loved Kihei Sands. It is small enough that you don't fill overcrowded with other guests, but big enough that you have all of the amenities. They provided beach chairs, ice chest, umbrellas, and beach towels. We didn't have to buy or rent anything extra. The common space next to the ocean and beach access was lovely. Small pool if you are not an ocean person. Barbecue area, tables and chair and plenty of lounges. Although we didn't have much interaction with staff, they were friendly and there when we needed them. Very accommodating. The kitchens were well stocked. Our family would diffently come back for another stay.

Best views in Kehei!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

Enjoyed our stay at Kihei. Condo was smaller than we imagined but well appointed. Weather was disappointing for us but Maui is beautiful.

Everything was as advertised. Communication was quick and friendly. Location was great (just outside of all the traffic but only 5 minutes from everything you need).

The condo was well supplied with everything one would need for the beach. The office staff were amazing and so helpful and inviting. We loved that it was quiet and low key with not a lot of activity going on around us, but just a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again.

Really appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles available so no need to purchase or pack, enjoyed coffee in the common area in the morning. Property management very responsive when we had a minor snag. Also a great central location on Maui so most major attractions are and hour or less away. Would absolutely recommend and come stay again.

Each condo is so beautifully done with landscaping grounds that compliment the Island beauty. The efficiency of check in and departure could not be easier--and the amenities leaving nothing missing. It is not comfortable to sit on and the pillows are very dirty. The location is great and the property is clean and well kept. I have stayed at the location twice and would recommend it to anyone.

1st Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our first time to Hawaii. The location in N Kihei allowed us to easily travel to other parts of the island. The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!

My Maui Home

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my absolute favorite place to stay on Maui. I would like to boast further, but I may not be able to secure a place to stay in the future ;)Spend a few days or more. If you're looking for the "big resort" experience, then you should absolutely do that. If you are looking for a quiet, warm, more intimate property this might be the place for you. Just some advice, treat this place like you would your own. Aloha begins with you.I'm a frequent local traveler and I have chosen Kihei Sands as my home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect and the amenities were just what we needed. The property is perfect for two couples traveling together. The end unit views of the ocean at any time of day was worth the extra cost, waking up in the morning looking out the bedroom windows to palm trees and beach/ocean is the very reason we came to visit Maui. Building is well maintained and really enjoyed the common beach front outdoor area w/pool. A real hidden gem amongst high rise condos. Love the more cozy/homey feel of the two story building. We would love to escape the Alaska cold and stay again.
