Great 1-bedroom apartment in Block A of the famous Skol Building, located on the beachfront of the center of Marbella. All amenities and services are nearby, so the car is not necessary. This west-facing property has amazing views over the sea, community pools and gardens. The apartment is almost completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This holiday home offers: a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a dining area, and access to the terrace with enviable sea views; a fully-equipped kitchen with sea views, ready for you to cook; and two single beds.

The complex has communal gardens, three swimming pools open all year round, a cafeteria, and a gate leading to the beach promenade.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
