Spacious, east-facing, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block A in the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. The apartment enjoys views over Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la Constitución, and the mountains guarding Marbella's back.
This large apartment has accommodation comprising: lift access; living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 guests and access to the terrace; open-plan kitchen with electric oven & hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, etc.; bedroom with double bed and modern en-suite bathroom with large luxurious walk-in shower. The holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi and hot & cold A/C throughout.
