Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the city´s services. This totally renovated West-facing apartment has a private glazed terrace with good sea and beach views and afternoon sun.
It has been recently renovated, with new quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofa, and doors to the furnished terrace, fully-glazed with frameless sliding glasses allowing total, partial, or no enclosure (particularly attractive in cooler winter months); new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, and everything else you need to cook; bedroom with a large double bed and fitted wardrobe; and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.

This was our second holiday in is this lovely apartment.We had two weeks of glorious sunshine. The apartment is very comfortable. Perfect location . Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Great sun loungers at pools .Booking and communication excellent. Thank you Cathy and team. We shall be back,

According the competitive prices, we only provide toilet paper and dishwasher for the arrival day, as for the rest, client has a supermarket 3 minutes walking.

Our holiday went without a hitch. Communication with Cathy and Vanessa was superb. They organised a taxi to meet us and return trip to airport.
Apartment had everything we required . Location superb. Great pool with lots of sun beds mattresses available 2€. Also gate access to beach . Lots of restaurants and shopping centre nearby. Shopping trolley
