Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants, and all the city´s services so the car is not necessary. This totally renovated West-facing apartment has good sea and beach views and afternoon sun.

This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa-bed for 2 guests and doors to the large terrace with exterior table and chairs and sea views. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric hob & microwave.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the living room and the bedroom.

🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.

☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.

Spring Getaway

The location of the apartment was excellent. In town and right at the waterfront so great for walking everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops to explore.

Lovely stay at Skil

Apartment was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location on promenade with plenty of restaurants nearby. Orange square only a ten minute walk.

With views across the Mediterranean to the Rif Mountains of Morocco and a selection of stylish beach bars at which to enjoy a relaxing drink, it is a particularly attractive way to watch the world go by. Furhermore Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.

Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto Banús, this stylish walk—known as the Paseo Marítimo—offers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella alone—indeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbella’s for style and elegance—but now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
