On the first floor is a Master bedroom with Queen size (180cm wide) bed & small work station with Views over Cala Capitan Beach, (new for 2023 flat screen TV installed in the master bedroom)
Bedroom 2 (Quad room sleeps upto 4) has a Double style Bunk bed (Double on the bottom and single on the top) - plus a separate single bed in the room
Both Bedrooms have Air con
located next to the Bedrooms is another Bathroom

At the front of the Beach house is a 14m2 Garden area with seating & 2 sun beds and a shade awning for cooling
At the rear is 10m2 Private Terrace with Dining Table for 6 with shade area & sea views
On the top floor (roof level) is a 15 m2 roof solarium with Jacuzzi Hot Tub , private for guests use,

** Please Note - There is an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub included in the Beach house rental (located on the roof solarium) , the Hot tub is maintained by the housekeeper. There is No communal Pool with this Beach house, however 5 minutes walk away is the "La Mirada Caferteria Restaurant" on La Zenia Beach which has a Public swimming Pool open summer time (June to September ) , there is a charge to use the pool payable direct to the Restaurant **

Location

The Town house is second line to the Beach
There are two Beaches Cala Captain beach (30 second walk) and La Zenia beach (2 minutes walk) , both with crystal clear waters and EEC Blue Flag awards for cleanliness. Other beaches can be reached by taking a casual stroll along the beautiful promenade path that stretches around the bays between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig.
Nearest restaurants . The beach House (2 minute walk), La Mirada cafe with outside Pool (5 minute walk) larger selection of restaurants and cafes & bars & Supermarket (10 minute walk)
A car is not essential but recommended for the supermarket run or sigh seeing
*** Please note there is No Private Parking at this Beach house, Parking is available in the street outside however limited spaces especially during high season July and August**

There are 2 international airports Alicante and Murcia within a 55 minute drive.
