You won't miss the amazing sea view: this villa is situated on a lagoon of the sea and at 2,5 km from the sandy beaches to which you can walk or cycle via specially laid out routes. At 1 km you will find the picturesque village of Marseillan with a port flanked by terraces and restaurants. You can walk straight to it. The weekly market is a feast and at the port is a sailing school. The cosmopolitan Sète and Cap d'Agde are at short distance and also very nice to spend a day. The hinterland, interspersed with vineyards, invites you to go for a tour or an exciting water activity. At the end of the afternoon, you can taste the wine and then enjoy it with your barbecue in the evening. Delicious.

Above all, we think you will enjoy in and around the villa. At the back the colourful garden stretches out with in the middle the fenced swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 metres with diving board. A large sun terrace with 4 sun beds and 4 lounge chairs. There is a spacious covered terrace so you can always enjoy a meal 'al fresco'. The summer kitchen with bar is ideal for a snack and a drink (freezer and refrigerator).

This Mediterranean villa is air-conditioned and spacious. On the first floor there is the lounge and dining room with wide windows so you don't have to miss the view; during the day you can enjoy all the beautiful yachts passing by and at night you can see the lights in the boats in the harbour go on. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
