Newly redecorated apartment on one of the best blocks Glyfada, an upmarket beach suburb of Athens. Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping and beaches along the vibrant Athenian Riviera.



This spacious, light-filled apartment features 3 bedrooms, a massive living area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with jacuzzi and rain shower, and an unbelievably large balcony with outdoor dining and lounge spaces. Dramatic black marble floors and contemporary decor makes this a unique property on the market.



Large living area, big-screen smart TV, dining area for 6 and plenty of space for lounging and reading.



Massive balcony wraps around the apartment, with outdoor dining for 6 and more lounge space. While you have a partial sea view, what is more interesting to see if the high-end Ogarden hotel that was just built across the street and features hot tubs on the balconies.



Fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and stove / oven. Chic high table creates an ideal nook to bring your laptop for a morning coffee or evening drink.



Master bedroom features king bed, reading area, desk space, built-in storage and direct balcony access.



Middle bedroom features queen bed, built-in storage, and separate private balcony.



Smaller "twins" bedroom also has built-in storage and direct balcony access.



Two marble-filled full bathrooms; one has a jacuzzi, the other an overhead rain shower. Both have additional heating units to warm up on cooler days.



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony



For last minute reservations check in is after 05:00 pm.



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
