Steps out the front door to the Bentonville Square & all it has to offer!

One bedroom, one bath fully furnished ground floor apartment, NOT the entire townhouse, one block off the Bentonville Square & next door to the Ledger & Hilton Motto. The best location available in downtown Bentonville! Walk to all of the events going on around the square or any of the fine dining options. We reside upstairs.

The apartment has Roku for streaming, U Tube TV, wifi, full kitchen, QUEEN bed, washer/dryer, indoor bike storage(2 bike max)

Visit the Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Native American Museum, Walking/Biking Trails with an easy walk or drive. Next door to HiltonMotto & The Ledger is 700ft West from our front door!

Minimum 2 night stay. MAX 2 GUESTS. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!
Check in 3pm. Check out noon. Key lockbox on right side of Ground floor entrance door.

Due to downtown construction, parking can be a challenge now. Our location is best for ride share guests at this time. There is a city lot in front of our building but we have no designated space. If you can’t find a spot, we have another option which will be shared when you book.

Location is excelent. We walked to nearly everything. Bike rental place a block away. Has indoor place to store bikes. Lots of construction around the square which contributes to parking challenges in the public lot right in front of building but host has a fallback location across the street if necessary. Place just the right size, modern, super clean.
