We secured this property for a friend of ours who was visiting and looking for a little rest and reflection. The Mockingbird was absolutely perfect in every way. Upon entry, the home welcomes you in with a sense of warmth and comfort. One thing that stood out right away is the collection of details throughout the home in the thiughtful decorations. And dealing with our hosts could not have been easier. They were welcoming and helpful all along the way. If you are looking for an intimate quiet property located just steps away from the heart of Bentonville, this is your place!

Very kind review. We appreciate it. I have said it in past reviews, but my wife is excellent at thinking about how she would want the property if she was staying, and that’s how we prep it. From cleaning to the little extras. She thinks of most everything. Thanks for recognizing it and taking the time to tell others. These reviews are the lifeblood of the VRBO business. Hope to see you all again. Safe travels!

The cute and cozy Mockingbird Cottage was a perfect place to stay in Bentonville. Its location in a quiet neighborhood close to the lovely town square allowed us to walk to great restaurants and even to the incredible Crystal Bridges Museum. The cottage was exceptionally clean, comfortable (with very efficient a/c) and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners who live right next door was great. We had no problems and look forward to staying here again.

Quintessential charm and ideal location! The cottage was very tastefully decorated blending antiques with modern function. Overall very clean with great smelling bedding and towels. My husband’s favorite was the excellent shower water pressure. I loved having coffee on the patio watching birds and squirrels in the peaceful backyard. Can’t wait to visit again!
