Villa Prima is a stone-built villa set within a beautiful and tranquil olive grove, offering 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The property consists of a main villa and a separate building with two additional en-suite bedrooms, providing extra privacy and flexibility while remaining within the same private, fenced grounds.

The villa is located in a traditional small village called “Pagkalochori” only 2 km away from Stavromenos beach and village. This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. The location of the village is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place and spend time with their families or friends!





Layout



Indoors

This unique 4 bedroom villa was built within 2018 and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay . There are also three spacious double bedrooms - one of them with en suite bathroom - beautifully decorated in romantic style and relaxing colors. On the ground floor you will find one more bathroom with shower. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.



On the first floor there is one more sunny and airy bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and shower opening to large verandas with breathtaking views and an outdoor Jacuzzi with relaxing furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunset under the colourful sky.



Outdoors

The outdoor area of the villa has about 450 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and olive trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 38 sqm heated swimming pool area. (Heated pool upon request 50€ / Day). The lush garden with the olive trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.

This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to experience Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family or friend holiday.
