Spent a few days in the Cambridge area visiting old haunts and finding new ones. Communication with the host was excellent, the basement apartment perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend this location and the team that manages it!

A very comfortable, smart apartment just a few minutes from the River Cam and under half an hour's walk from the centre of Cambridge. Free parking just a minute away from the apartment - a big plus in Cambridge where parking can ne very expensive.No host on site, so you have complete privacy. Keys collected by going to a convenience store a few minutes' walk away and providing a code sent by e mail on the day of arrival. Host very helpful and always able to answer any questions by phone. An excellent base for celebrating our daughter's graduation.

The second wooden gate was open on arrival. It was supposed to be closed. I was initially thrown. You should put a note with the letter " A " on the gate to the backyard. The lock itself is a mess. The cabin was immaculately clean on arrival. I found the bottom shelf of the refrigerator door broken and unfortunately no freezing compartment. If there were supposed to be four of each of the table sets, there were only three tumblers and two mugs and two wine glasses. Was the shower programmed to go cold after a certain period to save electricity ? You should put an anti-slip mat in the shower recess as it becomes very slippery. A lot of care has been put into the refurbishment. It was wonderfully quiet.

property was Excellent ,owners very helpful,position was perfect for the city and resturants and it has parking.i would recommend . 2 small points bunk beds are not ideal with 2 tenage kids 1 boy 1 girl !!!. it can be very noisy in the early hours of the morning when the students seem to turn nocturnal ! overall 10 out of 10. i would book again.

Absolutely beautiful place so so close to everything in town. Would stay here again. Just an FYI lots of stairs so not idea for those unable to climb and tight garage for big cars but neither renters fault and didn't effect our visit at all!. Just needed more toilet role 🤣
