Chiara in Pantheon apartment with terrace

Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace a few steps from the Pantheon located on the third floor, with a lift (you have to walk up to the first floor). The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.



The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (150x190), living room with fireplace and double sofa bed  (140 x 190), table with chairs, kitchen, bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace (max 2 + 2 person - 50 mq).



The terrace is equipped with table with chairs and umbrella, sun loungers and there are numerous plants (30 mq)



The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating and Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.



The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Our stay was amazing. Loved the apartment and especially the outdoor patio. It was steps away from all the action and places we wanted to be, yet super quiet and comfortable inside.

Memorable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Vatican City, and the Colosseum. The neighborhood was peaceful at night, and we loved being surrounded by excellent restaurants. All the amenities were provided and we felt like home.

Rome revisited

We enjoyed our trip and the location of the apartment is wonderful. The interior is a little dated but it was fine for what we needed. Communication before and through check-in was good. Mobile self check-in was convenient.

Beautiful apartment with great air conditioning in an extra hot summer in Athens. Perfect location and super comfortable bedding. Had a great stay!

We followed all of the instructions perfectly for getting into our apartment. We had been told that we should call Francesca one hour before arrival to have someone meet us to let us in, which we did while leaving the airport. Once we arrived our driver let us in the first door- but there was no one there to meet us as we'd been told. There was an additional door to open with a key- but the key was in a lockbox on the other side of the door. We couldn't get in!!! We called Francesca again and she kept saying just go through the door to get the keys with the code she had sent. When I told her we didn't have the key to that door, and that we were told somebody would meet us here when we arrived to let us in and show us how things worked she told us "they don't do that anymore." We were stuck and couldn't get in. Francesca was no help! Finally after at least 1/2 hour someone from inside the building came out- so we were finally able to go in when he opened the door from the other side. No one ever came to show us things about the place. We gave up and were just relieved to get inside after an exhausting 12 hour flight. We are only sharing this to make sure this doesn't happen to others who rent this place.

Great stay with small improvements

The apartment itself was beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Check-in/out was an easy process and hosts were very responsive. I would recommend and would stay again! - A physical key to enter the apartment would be useful, as 4G and phone battery is required to enter after certain hours which may not always be possible (but I understand this can be for security reasons). - I think there may have been a plumbing issue in the bathroom, as there was a noticeable smell? - This may have been previous guests, so not the fault of management/host, but some cups and plates were put in the cupboard dirty. Again, management obviously cannot check every piece of dishware, but we had a few mugs and cups that seemed unwashed in the cupboard. - In retrospect I think it could be useful to specify that the apartments generally uses type L plugs, as many international visitors may only bring adaptors for type C/F.

Great communication with property manager

This apartment is in an excellent location a few blocks from the Pantheon. It's also a few blocks from the Largo Argentina where you can easily catch a cab or bus. There are several wonderful restaurants on the street. The best thing about the apartment was the excellent service from the property manager. They arranged a transfer from and to the airport with their dedicated driver who was in communication with us as soon as we landed in Rome. We were in need of early check-in, which was handled with ease. Prior to the trip, all of our emails to the manager were answered promptly. I must say that we were disappointed with the scanty furnishings in the apartment: only a small uncomfortable sofa in the living room, no armchairs. But the terrace was very pleasent.

Fabulous Location & Lovely Terrace

You can’t beat this location so close to many wonderful sites all walking distance. The apartment is old but comfortable. What we loved most was the terrace which was spacious, lots of seating, plants and shade if needed. Wifi worked well which is important for me for work. We would definitely stay here again. We took the stairs because the elevator was tiny and old. If stairs are problem for you take this into consideration. The kitchen is very tiny if someone was planning to cook there (we didn’t). There could be improvements in the bathroom. The toilet seat is old and doesn’t fit properly. The bath mat was old and dirty. The toilet was either stained or not properly cleaned when we arrived. These are minor points, though. I would recommend this as a fabulous base for someone wanting this area.

Short break in Rome

Hi, Location of apartment was great, 200 metres from Pantheon and 20 minutes from the forum and Spanish steps. Very quiet and large terrace was a bonus. Kitchen quite small and power point at sink level would have been handy. Can’t self check in on weekends. Regards, Trevor

Nice Patio in a Busy Area

The apartment is well suited for young travelers who need the basics but can forgo comforts. The patio is large and nice but crowded with plastic furniture. The shower and bathroom is spacious and the washer is easy to use. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows are worn out, and the sheets are very low quality. Location is good if you like to be in the center of a high traffic tourist district. Check-in was easy and doorman is great.

Perfect location and great apartment

We stayed in the apartment with our 5 year-old son, the location was amazing and appointed with everything we needed. The Air Conditioning was cold, quite a feat as it was 100°F when we were there. The terrace is lovely and we were pleased there was a washing machine and freezer. The hosts were great to work with and arranged our pick up at the airport which helped so much after an overnight flight from NYC. Perfect place to stay for a small family.

Perfect apartment to see Rome and stay cool!

The apartment was appointed with everything we needed, and also had a washing machine and freezer with ice trays. The air conditioning kept the place cool even when it was 100°F! Beautiful terrace and the perfect location to walk to all the historic sights. All shops, taxi stand and gelato just a few steps away! Everything was great!
