The villa is on two levels, offering ample space perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, a cosy living area with kitchen and dining room invites conviviality and relaxation. A double bedroom with a private bathroom completes the floor, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.

On the upper floor, you will find yourself enveloped in an atmosphere of enchanting beauty. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms, furnished with care and attention to detail, await you to offer you a restful sleep. But the real jewel of this floor is the panoramic terrace, a veritable balcony overlooking the sea. From here, the view is breathtaking: your gaze is lost in the blue of the sea, framed by the green hills of the Coast. You can relax on sun loungers soaking up the sun, sip a cocktail while admiring the view or simply enjoy the silence and quiet.

Perfection

Our stay in Positano/Amalfi coast area exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did we enjoy this area of Italy, our accommodations that were provided during our stay in our home, was truly a lovely experience. Davide, our host, was top-notch! He went above and beyond to make this one of the best experiences we have ever had traveling. I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to stay in the area.

Great Villa with wonderful service

Property manager makes this villa great. Davide helped us know the places to go and things to do and was extra accommodating to any of our needs. In addition he was a wonderful personality to be around. He made our stay special.

Most amazing villa

We absolutely cannot say enough about this beautiful villa in Positano. The views are amazing and we spent so much time on the gorgeous patio and didn’t want to leave. And Davide!!! He was amazing and helped us the entire time with every thing we needed. He is so kind, helpful and made our stay the bedt!! Will be back!!

Italian family dream vacation

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful villa. It did not disappoint! Davide was amazing, helping us with plans as well as getting us into Positano when we needed and picking us up as well. The villa is better than pictured. The view are stunning.

Exceed expectation

The property is located away from the busy district of Positano with good privacy and convenience. Within walking distance into town. Davide, the property manager, is always available to provide transportation into town if needed. The view is spectacular from the terrace and bedroom balcony. Very comfortable for our group of 8. Pierluigi is very helpful in helping to set up detail including transportation from Rome Airport and a private chef. It kept our group of 8, age from 30 to 75, fully satisfied.

Great place and best part of the stay was having Davide available. Amazing service he provided. Villa is beautiful and we had a great time. Will go back. Location is very good and close to the center. Communication thru WhatsApp was very good. Highly recommend.

The best!

Our stay was wonderful- too short! Traveling for thr first time to the coast as a large group could have been overwhelming, but David accommodated our transportation and dining with a smile on his face. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had!

Beutiful place, incredible view - quiet & private

Perfect place to stay - close enough to access everything but also a happy bit of privacy from the noise/crowds in Positano. Highly recommend. Very well outfitted kitchen, great bedrooms & bathrooms, extremely helpful host & property manager. And, bottom line, its all about the view - did not disappoint! Incredible patios to lounge and soak it all in. Wonderful!

Simply lovely

What a beautiful property! The views are just stunning and the inside speaks of Positano. Our family of 4 (my husband, 2 teenaged girls and I) loved every minute. From our coffees out on one of the terraces in the morning to the beautiful meal that prepared for us by the private chef (she even made a gluten free Italian meal for our daughter!)--it was all perfect! Finally, a special thanks to Davide, the property manager, who is so kind and was responsive to our every need--from helping make restaurant reservations to taking us on the short ride into Positano. You helped make our trip fantastic. Just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful view with concierge service!

We loved our stay in Positano and could not have asked for a better view. We didn’t want to leave the property since the best view was from our own balcony. Warning that there are a lot of steps into town, but David provided excellent service, free rides to restaurants and shopping, and help with luggage. They also helped arrange beach club service, boating reservations, etc, which was so helpful. Great experience and we would love to come back every year!

Beautiful Paradise

The villa is more beautiful than the pictures. The view is wonderful. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom for all the guests. The kitchen was well stocked and having the ice maker was definitely a bonus. Another huge bonus was Davide, the property manager. He was such a great help, especially since this was our first time in Positano. He directed us with any information we needed and was always available. This villa will meet all your needs like it did ours.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay very much! The weather wasn't the greatest when we were there March 29-Apr 1, 2022. We didn't get to do the Path of Gods hike. Everything was taken care of that we asked for. Davide was awesome! We had wonderful food & enjoyed as much as we could. Our transport was so easy from Naples train station with Francesco. Thank you. Kathy

Amazing villa and views

This house is beatiful and perfect for a large group. The 2 terraces have amazing views of the water and of Positano. It is kind of on the outskirts of the city so you need to walk around 15-20 minutes down many steps to get there, but it's part of the Positano experience! Davide is very helpful - he recommended restaurants and gave us rides when he could. He also recommended a portion of the Path of the Gods and gave us guidance on how to get there - that was an unforgettable experience. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect for a group of 8 friends. We also had a chef come our first night that they recommended and it was delicious!

Paradise in Positano!

Arriving in Positano sets a visitor up for high expectations, as this is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Our villa did not disappoint. Warning....while there is a elevator that resembles a gondola, stairs must be navigated. The best part of the villa is the view from the 1st and 2nd levels. Kitchen is adequately appointed for cooking and dining for large groups. There are markets within walking distance to get fresh fish, meat and produce. Sorrento and Amalfi can be accessed by public bus, making a perfect middle point. This is certainly a place you could call home for an extended period while staying in the Amalfi coast.

Perfect in Positano!!!

This place is perfect in every possible way! Davide (property manager) was WONDERFUL! He greeted us when we arrived and was always professional and can speak English well. Davide made it possible for us to meet up with relatives as he coordinated with them for us because we don’t speak Italian and they don’t speak English very well! He set up transfers and took us to downtown as needed and was patient with everything! Don’t hesitate booking Pierluigi’s place as it is amazing and perfect location! You won’t be disappointed - the views are AMAZING! Even though it rained a couple days we enjoyed our stay and will come back!!! We had a fantastic experience and enjoyed coffee on terrace and there’s enough space for privacy as needed. Just book it!!!

Amazing Property!

We had a wonderful four night stay. The views from the Villa are unbelievable. The villa is gorgeous, clean and has everything we needed. Davide the property manager was very friendly and super helpful. He gave us rides and picked us from town when we needed it, gave us restaurant recommendations and provided history and information about Positano. It's about a 20 minute walk into town. This is my third visit to Positano but first time at the villa. I can't recommend this property enough and we look forward to coming back!

BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!

Perfect location. Absolutely beautiful! This was Girls Trip No. 6. There were 7 of us. Davide, the assistant manager who assisted us daily with rides, restaurant reservations, groceries, etc. WAS THE BEST! Can't say enough about him and this property. Book it!

Dreamy property in a dreamy location!!

My family an I absolutely loved the property!! I have been to Positano three times and the view from the terraces were the best ever! The house has a great lay out, we all had our privacy and it was really difficult to leave the property since the view was breathtaking! It is a bit far from the center of Positano, but the property manager, Mr. Davide could not have been more accommodating helping us go to the local market and picking us up at the ferry from Capri. I would not hesitate choosing this property and I hope to return in the future.

Mama Mia, The Views

With plenty of room for 6, each bedroom enjoys waking up with an incredible sea view! Davide made our 7-day stay a true delight! Davide welcomed us, and was able to help with reservations and recommendations that did not disappoint! The terrace(s) were incredible for visiting and enjoying the local mozzarella and wine. The funicular made it fun to explore, with steps giving us a workout, and allowing for more mozzarella. The air conditioning was cool, yet the doors were easily opened to enjoy the views and sounds. We enjoyed every moment! Thank you Davide and Pierluigi!

Love this villa and Positano

Highly recommend this villa and the surrounding area! The villa is spacious and lovely, the views are incomparable, and the assistance from Davide is perfect. The terrace is what all outdoor living areas should be. Plus, having three king-size beds and 3 baths is perfect for couple's traveling together.
