Can't Beat The View
Our family of 6 stayed in this Villa for 4 nights in August.
The Villa is part of a 5 star resort which has the only Funicular in Positano. Definitely comes in handy when you have lots of luggage and a steep incline!
It also has it's own private pool which was nice. Bring bug spray, however, as the mosquitos in the summer are ferocious!
The view from the various balconies can't be beat and is probably the best in all the area. The downside to that view is you are quite far from town (not really walkable, especially with kids) and you can't take advantage of the hotel shuttle. You'll have to bus and/or take very expensive taxis which can be hard to arrange so something to note if you plan on going into Positano often or even getting food outside of the hotel.
One aspect of the hotel you can use is their private beach and club which was nice and convenient as well.
Lastly, shout-out to Connie who helped us on arrival and with our myriad of questions throughout the stay. She was a wealth of knowledge as well as extremely nice and patient!
