SUMMER 2026 CALENDAR OPENS JAN 5! Walk out your door to your own beachfront heaven! Our cottage has a modern stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, Modern Bathroom with tub/shower, Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Flat Screen TV, Streaming TV programming through Direct TV, mini split Air Conditioning, Fast Wireless Internet, modern clothes washer/dryer, and more! The property is a fenced-in two cottage compound. Each cottage has separate gated entrances from the driveway and separate outdoor spaces, grills, etc. This property is labelled as "Cottage B" in the photos. The other cottage can also be rented for extended family VRBO # 100287. Upper sky deck has 360 degree views with distant views of Point Judith, Potters Pond, Block Island, South Kingstown and Green Hill Beaches. Level yard for kids to play. Enjoy our beachfront, or take a short stroll to the town beach to swim with lifeguards. If you are arriving by AIR, and not AUTO, check with Host regarding linens and towels which are not provided.

Perfect location

Very close to town beach, ocean mist, the pub and Matunuck pizza. Nice private beach, beautiful house. This was our second stay here and we loved it!

Great vacation area

The cottage and the surrounding area were perfect for our family vacation. Lots to do in Matunuck and other attractions were just a short drive away.

Wonderful place to stay

This cottage is great. Very clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. Better than the pictures shown. The host was extremely accomodating and kind. We will be back next year for sure!

Perfect beach house

Had an amazing time - house is very clean and very comfortable, and in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach immediately adjacent to house and on the beautiful upper deck - view can't be beat!

Summer Beach Week

This location was amazing! Right on the beach, incredible views and short walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream and a park! We had 3 adults and 3 kids and it had everything we wanted. Gorgeous weather allowed us to eat outside for every meal and a grill provided to us was amazing! Can’t wait to rebook for next summer!

Family getaway

Fantastic! We had a great time. The location of the house was by the beach as described. Sitting on the top deck was heavenly and most enjoyable by the water. We also met some wonderful and friendly people. Looking forward to possibly staying again next year.

Cute house

Our family of 5 came here from Minnesota and stayed the week at this property. Plenty of space for all of us. Liked having a full kitchen to cook on nights that we didn't want to go out. Nice location as well with restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!

Great house

We had a great week. It was my 4 year old and 1 year old and wife - the house was great. We had everything we needed. The rooftop deck was amazing. Hoping to go back again next summer.

Perfect getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The cottage was perfect for myself and my husband, my 1 year old, 3 year old and my in laws. The skydeck was beautiful and the private beach you just can’t beat with 2 littles! The area was beautiful as well, we loved walking the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful homes. For anyone interested in “nightlife” ocean mist bar is just a few doors away, a 2 minute walk, but you don’t hear any of the noise from it at the cottage. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back

Family Fun

We love it here so much that we come back every year! Both cottages are very comfortable and have more than the usual amount of amenities-cable, A/C, internet, and a dishwasher too!! And both have recently been beautifully renovated. There's plenty to do in the area-rain or shine, spring or summer. We can't wait to go back in 2012!!!

2024 Matunick Beach Vacation

Just love the house and upper deck and outside shower and closeness to the beach. We had very foggy weather but went to the beach everyday anyway and just enjoyed playing in the water and sand. Air conditioning was a big plus to get the humidity out of the house. We all just loved our vacation. Best view up on the deck. Even with all the fog that week.

Perfect beach getaway !

My family and I stayed at this beautiful beachfront location for a long weekend. It was just what we needed to relax. Close to everything but still far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need and more. The rooftop deck was incredible!! Additionally the customer service Barbara provided was top notch, I had a few questions during our stay and she replied immediately. I would absolutely rent this amazing home again!

Crisp, clean, gorgeous views

This is the nicest cottage I have ever rented! Charming, clean, tons of room, everything you need. Loads of privacy with a small beach in front, this is a rear cottage with a spectacular second floor deck with a 360 view, truly unique! Dont miss Carpenters Farm Stand and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Heat controls in every room, comfy beds, good kitchen, lovely and thought out. Off season, a little rainy, but so relaxing and a fun area. Lovely, communicative host.

RI Vacation

One of our best vacations ever. We loved the fact that our beach was only a few steps away from the house. Didn't love the rocks at the beach but having a private beach area was heaven. And the upstairs deck area was one of the favorite things about the house. What a view! Very peaceful and restful vacation. Thanks for sharing that house with us. No one wanted to leave!

BEAUTIFUL

I'm very picky when it comes to renting a home for vacation. I took a chance last year and I was not disappointed! It is an extremely clean, well kept home in a breath taking location. Woke up each morning to witness the sunrise on the sky deck. This is a my second year renting and already talking about next year!

Couldn't Have Asked for Anything More!

My favorite thing about this place was clearly the rooftop deck. When we were not on our private beach (just steps away) we were up on the rooftop deck enjoying the beautiful views! The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating (including replacing a broken within hours of being notified). The place was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The other great thing was having friends rent at the same time in the adjacent cottage - a great way to go away with friends/relatives but maintain your own space! My only complaint was that there were windows in the bedrooms that did not have blinds, which did not let us sleep late...but who wants to sleep late at the beach anyway!
