Our family of four had a wonderful time in Matunuck! The house is beautiful- the pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts are fantastic and kind. The house is fully stocked with all of the essentials. We hope to come back and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house had everything our family needed for a great beach vacation. The provided bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and the beach locker made our days by the ocean so easy and enjoyable. These thoughtful touches were especially appreciated since we traveled across the country and couldn’t bring much with us. We really appreciated the beach pass as well. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a relaxing and stress-free getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Wonderful house and well appointed with everything as stated in the description. Loved the separate upstairs bedroom suites. The room behind the garage had a damp odor to it despite the window AC. The bed would be suited more for children than 2 adults.

Nice Beach House in Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay! My husband and I, as well as some of our grown children and their kids, enjoyed two July weeks in this lovely home. The house was very clean and well-stocked, patio and grill were much-appreciated, balcony was great for relaxing, owner was easy to communicate with, and the quiet street was walkable to a local beach and small grocery store, which made this a great spot for us with young kids. And it’s only a short drive to some of the bigger state beaches. The third bedroom is on the lower level behind the garage area, so is probably best-suited for older kids or adults rather than younger children.

Fun, family and the 4th

The house and location lived up to the expectations. We enjoyed the beach pass and the use of the beach locker was a plus. The kids loved using the bikes to ride around and get ice cream everyday.

Another wonderful year here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Proximate to all you need for a great vacation no matter who the crowd is you are with or if you are in your own. Your hosts provide more than what you could ever think of in a comfortable and clean environment! The kitchen is spectacular and loaded with spices and condiments that invite you to cook - even if you do not want to! I cannot begin to tell you how amazing of a time we have every time we go. It’s become a very special place for us to go to enjoy some summer respite ! Your hosts really do think of so much more than you ever could, trust me! The bedding and rooms are all quite comfortable! We love to enjoy family time in the comfy living room and the deck ! The gardens in the backyard are also absolutely beautiful!!!

Great week in South Kingstown!

Great property! We loved spending time on the front porch and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The beach locker and parking pass were a huge plus.

The best choice you could make !

There is nothing left for you to bring aside from yourselves ! The hosts do think of everything you need, even down to fresh soap, towels, and shampoo. The cupboard is not bare. The hosts even leave paper goods ! The house was amazing since we started coming in 2020, and come to find they did so much to update the home even though it wasn’t needed ! Fresh paint colors and new furniture. Always clean and comfortable- even though they host pets. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the locker is full of chairs and beach accessories such as shovels and an umbrella! The hosts make sure all you need is available and in the best working order! The pots and pans are plentiful as is glassware and dishes too. I cannot hush enough about this place except yo tell you we come every year, sometimes twice. It’s so meaningful for my family to gather here and enjoy the week away together. You can walk for hours in the area and never get bored of the view! Speaking of view… awake in the master bedroom and living room with a view of the water hearing the waves crash! We are lucky to see a full moon every time we go. There are some great spots within a short walk: Ocean Mist ( food is well above a beach bar) and Matunuck pizza. Both have breakfast, lunch, and dinner! There is an amazing farm ( Carpenter’s) we frequent there for staples and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as bread and baked goods, meats and cheeses. There is a small grocer on the corner, a surf shop and local clothing shop and art gallery. It’s absolutely stress free and enjoyable year after year !!!

Minutes from the Beach

Property had everything, nothing missing, it was clean, welcoming, plenty of room, roomy bedrooms, three full baths, interior was decorated nicely with a very casual and comfortable feeling, very relaxing, outside deck was a favorite gathering spot for our family.

Super Summer Stay

Amazing property! Our family highly recommends this gorgeous home. The location is close to so much. The pass and locker for the beach spoiled us! The big porch was perfect to start and end each day! My favorite was the sunrises enjoyed each morning! The owners have all the comforts of home in this vacation getaway ready to share!

So amazing we stayed twice!!!

Our second year renting this comfortable home with family, human and canine. There is nothing you would need or want that they do not supply to support your stay. To wake up in the morning and have the beautiful water view from the master bedroom while sipping tea, or fall asleep to crashing waves is incomparable to any other place I would look to find. We loved it so much we rented twice here in the summer vs going anywhere else. The beach access pass is invaluable. The area is safe. A beautiful farm to shop at is a minute ride or 5 minute walk. We were there during hurricane ida snd the house stood solid. We all felt very safe. The owners are amazing. Looking forward to more in 2022! The best rental all around, that I’ve ever been at in 15 years!!!

Best vacation home!

We had an awesome and relaxing week at this beautiful home. All the amenities of home. The porch was what we looked forward to after a day of scouting the area. Bob and Denise were very easy to work with. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and overall just a fantastic week. Hope to be back next summer.

All the comforts of home!

My family felt right at home in this house. All is provided for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and neighborhood has much to see when you bike, walk, or drive in any direction. Centrally located. Beach access is steps away. Clean and convenient!

Wonderful ocean beach getaway !

Our family of 4 and our three pups throughly enjoyed our time at your home. We did not need to worry about a thing! There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the spices and cooking needs at your fingertips. The yard is a beautiful respite with lovely landscape detail and outdoor furniture. The home was clean and comfortable. Bedding was perfect. The five minute walk to the ocean beach was perfect as well as the ability to drive. Having the beach pass and licker stocked with additional chairs and boogey boards were great for our boys. Having the extra bikes was an added plus! You must try the Vanilla bean ice cream shop and the Ocesn Mist beach bar and restaurant. All in all this was quite a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the tail end of summer !

Great location; great house

We spent a great week at the house this August. It's a really nice house, big enough for us to spread out as needed. Wonderful porch overlooking the marshes and the beach houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Best equipped vacation-kitchen we have ever experienced. All in all a very good trip.

Beautiful house, great location and wonderful hosts

Cannot thank Denise and Bob enough for the wonderful week my kids and I had. You can hear the waves crashing from the bedroom and walk to the beach, market and nearby resturant. The house was clean and bright and airy and loved starting every morning with coffee on the porch overlooking the salt marsh and watching the birds and bunnies. This house is a great location with lots to do nearby. The hosts were very responsive during our visit. Highly recommend and hope to return next year. . ❤️

Life is better at the beach!

Beautiful home waking distance to the beach with all the amenities any family could possibly need! We had a fabulous week, walked to the beach every day and kids rode bikes. We loved the beach locker , new cruiser bikes, front porch, tiled garage for the dogs and kids to play games. We walked to dinner at Ocean Mist a few times and ice cream and market daily. Property owners were wonderful and helpful. We will definitely be looking at coming back!
