Modern duplex apartment in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa, in front of the Yacht Club.

The apartment enjoys a prime location is decorated and designed in a minimalist, highly functional and comfortable style. When we entered the apartment we found a left hand single bedroom; then we find a bathroom with shower and a contemporary open kitchen to the living room with air conditioned and one double sofa bed. The views from the room are unbeatable, the marina and the Club Nautico, the sea, the beach and the mountains.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a suite bathroom and air conditioning. In addition to a private terrace of 45 m².

The apartment is fully equipped and prepared. Its location is perfect, has all the amenities on the doorstep, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop, night bar, the beach.



Puerto Pollença is a fascinating place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Over the years, the Port of Pollença has become one of the preferred locations for visitors to the island.



Pollença town is just 7 km from Puerto Pollença. This village has narrow, winding streets , a variety of cafes and bars and an attractive thirteenth century church . It also hosts several festivals throughout the year. It offers a golf course with 9 holes. Alcudia is just 8 km away, offering a vibrant nightlife , and many family activities like water parks and go-karting tracks.

If you want a souvenir market of Puerto Pollença is the ideal place. This market is held on the square every Wednesday from 10 am to noon and is the perfect place to buy leather , lace and pottery crafts that reflect the artistic culture of the area. You can also see the beautiful art on display in the museum and art gallery Pollença



This accommodation is the ideal place to enjoy a few days of sun and sand which will make your holiday truly unforgettable place.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location

Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful apartment. Despite being located on the main strip it was so quiet. The view is to die for but the apartment itself is so comfortable and so well appointed. But best of all is the lovely host, Lucia. Lucia just wants you to have the best holiday and will do anything to make that happen. No negatives at all, we will definitely be back.

Marina view

The accommodation was lovely, a climb up stairs with no lift but well worth it for spectacular views across the marina and bay . Not overlooked and well equipped . The small bedroom is more for a child however the seating area was a sleeping area with the amazing views . Lucia was a brilliant host and helped us throughout our stay . Thankyou for a lovely holiday rental experience.

Lucia met us at the check-in. She is a very friendly and helpful lady. She had booked our transport, provided us with a lovely lunch, basic provisions, and lots of local information. There are steps up to the apartment and no lift, but its position in the resort is excellent and the views from the terrace are stunning, which more than compensated for the flat's small defects . The single bedroom has good bathroom facilities but it is internal and has a fan and no air conditioning. Although it was adequate for an adult we stayed during a very hot spell when on times the fan wasnt quite enough, but overall we were very pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Sehr schlechte Wohnung !!!!

Wir haben uns die Wohnung am 09.07.2023 angesehen. Schon der Eindruck des Hauses von außen war einfach schrecklich…..die Haustür war notdürftig repariert….hatte noch einen Riss in der Scheibe. Mussten unsere Koffer bis in die dritte Etage tragen…. Aufzug war defekt und auch in einem miserablen Zustand . Das Treppenhaus war ein Horror. Es war dreckig , aus einer unteren Wohnung roch es nach Urin. Die Wohnung selbst war heruntergekommen und abgewohnt. Möbel einfach nur alt und angemacht Die Badezimmer in einem miserablen Zustand. Die Dachterrasse war schmutzig….. Wände brauchen unbedingt einen Anstrich…… die Aussenmarkise war alt und am Rand schon zerfledert. Für diesen Preis hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Haben die Wohnung nach 10 Minuten wieder verlassen und sind in ein Hotel gezogen. In diesem unheimlichen Haus muss man als Frau mit einem Kleinkind Angst haben , am Abend später allein nach Hause zu kommen. Der muffige Geruch war einfach nur schrecklich. Dort kann man nicht seinen Urlaub verbringen , schon garnicht mit einem Kleinkind…..,

Everything about this property was beyond our expectations, from the property manager, the treats she left us and the beautiful accommodations. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit!

Fantastic location and views

The host was wonderful with a great welcome pack; the views are just fantastic, over the marina and right on the front. The apartment is quiet, with good a/c and with a range of cookware (and a good oven, great hob, top range fridge/freezer and a m/w). Whilst the kitchen area looks like its been recently refurbished other elements of the apartment are in need of refurbishment particularly the downstairs shower. (wonderful host and fantastic views)
