This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people.

The house is located in Denia, in a very quiet area with spectacular views. From its swimming pool, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the city like in few places. It has sun loungers, tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy the outdoors on summer days. The property has internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, a fireplace in the living room, outdoor parking and satellite TV (Languages: German).

Upon entering the house, we find the living room/dining room with an open kitchen, all these rooms are very spacious and perfect for enjoying with family. From the living room, you can access the rear of the property where the barbecue and a glazed area for winter dining are located.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with: gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

When accessing the corridor, we reach the bedrooms and bathrooms. The three bedrooms have two 90cm beds (in two they are together and in the third they are separated). The bathrooms are very spacious, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
