This house has all the amenities that you need in order to have the perfect vacation during the whole year. Of course the summer highlight of the property is the private pool, where you can chill and enjoy the sun.
The location of the property at traditional cretan village Gonia is ideal for outing in the countryside. Around the village there are plenty of places that you can explore. Various businesses have been operating in the Gonia village, such as taverns, mini markets, cheese making units and some small local businesses, and this can give you the opportunity to live some moments as a local.

The location of the property is unique, Gonia is a traditional Cretan village, located on the national road Rethymno-Chania, approximately 12 km southwest of the city of Rethymno.
Built on a hill with a panoramic view, at an altitude of 220 meters, Gonia was constructed during the Venetian rule, around 1350, by local Cretans, who came from the surrounding villages and settled in a corner (=gonia) of a little valley, named Little Gonia (to distinguish it from Great Gonia or Asi Gonia).
Various businesses have been operating in the Gonia village, such as taverns, mini markets, cheese making units and some small local businesses, and this can give you the opportunity to live some moments as a local.
In a close distance you have the chance to visit many interesting places like Argyroupolis waterfalls.
