Casa Lava is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and tranquility. As soon as you enter the driveway and open the gate, you immediately feel the holiday vibes.
You will not be short of anything with the large private swimming pool, the countless places around the house to relax, fast WiFi, a wide choice of international TV channels (also BE and NL) and much more to discover ...

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. These areas are arranged in such a way that it is perfect to have privacy with 2 families.
There is a very spacious kitchen with all modern amenities such as a double oven, nespresso, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster ...
There is heating and air conditioning everywhere, as well as in the cozy living and dining room.
There is a small sitting area in the veranda.

The outdoor area is the pride of Casa Lava with a place to enjoy sun or shade everywhere. There is also a heated shower at the beautiful spacious swimming pool.
After delicious aperitifs in the relax lounge, you can slide open the outdoor kitchen completely, where you can dine during long Spanish evenings.
Between the indoor and outdoor kitchen you have a patio with an authentic Spanish BBQ.
A ping-pong table is also at your disposal.

In the neighborhood you will find golf courses, shopping centers, seaside resorts, wonderful restaurants and cultural cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Torrevieja.
Less than 5 minutes drive you are at golf course La Marquesa or at the Aquapark.
The beaches of Guardamar, la Mata and Torrevieja are 15 minutes.
There are free tennis courts 5 minutes away and you can play padel very cheaply in Guardamar.
On request we can provide 4 tennis or padel rackets and balls.
Alicante airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
For wine lovers, there are also a number of small and large wineries close by. A visit to a bodega is absolutely worthwhile.

Bruno was fantastic with communication from booking the villa , throughout our stay and on departure The villa was very clean and had everything you needed, It felt like a home from home holiday but with the added luxury of a very clean pool, just a shame it was Xmas and we did not get use of it . The area is fantastic, with a short stroll to the local supermarkets and bars which are very reasonably priced and all very friendly. Taxi rank was fantastic too for our day trips out We visited La Mata for the market which was a great day out A big thank you to the lovely Judith who met us on arrival & departure with the keys and villa information, lovely lady and always on hand via text to help with any onsite issues as was Bruno although we had no issues.I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, our stay was fantastic and I would book the same villa again.

Absolutely stunning! So many seating zones to relax, spotlessly clean. Great size bedrooms, lovely location, fabulous pool 10/10 easy walk into centre of Quesada. Highly recommended. Hosts are extremely helpful as are the welcome team.

We arrived at the property late evening.and greeted by Judith who showed us around but we went straight to our rooms as we were tired, The rooms were air conditioned.First thing we looked around and wow what a beautiful property and so.much space but also The owners thought of everything from Childrens pool toys and Games to Beach/pool towels and Bbq coals. We would definitely stay again and communication was excellent. We were there for family wedding and this was a beautiful place to stay either side of that day.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous few days stay

We booked a last minute stay at the fabulous Casa Lava. And we couldn't have been happier. Great villa with a great pool and outside area. Local shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

Lovely villa

This property is very nice indeed! I’ve been visiting this area and staying in villas for over 20 years, this villa is by far the best I have stayed in. It has all you need for a really relaxing holiday. The outdoor kitchen space is inspirational and something I would love in my own garden.

Fantastic vacation

A fantastic house, clean and neat. Nice pool and a cosy property with pool and a lot of sun. Walking distance to the center of Quesada with lots of restaurants and stores. I can absolutely recommend this house.

Absolutely magnificent Villa.

Thank you so much, for letting us use your wonderful Villa. Kitchen very well equipped, Air conditioning was excellent. Pool is just perfect as is the day kitchen. Idyllic Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was a much bigger space than comes across in the photos. The garden room is lovely and provides a nice space to eat or chill out next to the pool without having to go back into the main Villa. The location is central in Quesada and took us around 10 minutes to walk to the main bars and restaurants. It’s nice and quiet around the Villa, nobody bothered us. A nice place to stay for a family or group of friends, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic 2 weeks

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa, such a great layout for families. We travelled as 2 separate families (8 people in total) & worked perfectly. We lived in the outdoor space & outdoor kitchen area. The house was perfectly stocked with everything & anything you could ever need. It was a short walk to town which made the location perfect. The owner was on hand with immediate response to any questions. We will certainly be back, Bruno you have a wonderful villa & you are an excellent host. Thank you! Lisa & gang x

Lovely spacious family villa

We’ve just arrived back from our stay here. The villa itself is much bigger than we expected from looking at the pictures. Everything we could have needed was there and then some, we’ve opted for Villa’s in recent years over hotels and usually they provide a lot but nothing like Casa Lava. Simple things such as salt and pepper, kitchen foil, washing up liquid, all small but needed and usually you have to buy but everything you could think of was there, obviously if something ran out we replaced for the next family to stay but it’s a nice touch when you arrive, it really is a home away from home. All the furniture was modern and in good condition as shown in the photos and the house was really secure with an alarm to use when out(really simple to use). Pool was lovely quite warm with it being August but we expected this, lots of inflatables and goggles available in the garage for us too along with table tennis and bat and balls to entertain the kids. We ate out most nights and it was roughly a 10 minute walk down into town, the were quite a few different bars and restaurants to choose from. One to point out was Patagonia Steak House which I think other people have mentioned, but best to book as they get quite busy most nights. We didn’t stay out late and the walk back up usually took a little longer as it’s a slight incline all the way back but nothing bad enough to deter you from going out. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
