This penthouse apartment on the pretty resort of Mojon Hills has outstanding sea views, and has extra terraces to make your holiday in Isla Plana just a little bit special! The apartment is on the upper level, accessed by a wide central walkway and stairs, and has unbroken views over the Mediterranean and the Bay of Mazarrón.
The apartment has a large front terrace , a side terrace and terrace in the back with wonderful sea views.
The accommodation comprises: frontdoor leading into an open plan living and dining area. The living area has comfortable seating, sofabed, TV and plenty of space to lounge away the hours.
Free Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.
The dining area seats 4 in comfort and here the patio windows have views over the terraces and the sparkling sea beyond.
The galley kitchen has all white goods and small appliances fitted for a self catering break, including oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a second access door from the kitchen onto the large terrace.
The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and basin.
The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and patio windows onto the terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room also with fitted wardrobes, making the apartment ideal family accommodation. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional double bed.
There is aircon throughout the apartment which runs on a card meter system and 10 euros credit is included per booking. More cards are available on arrival from the local resort rep if needed.
The apartment has a large terrace with unbroken sea views from La Azohía to the Bay of Mazarrón and the marina. There is a dining stable for 4 people, allowing guests to enjoy dining and entertaining outside. There are sunbeds to soak up the Spanish sunshine.
the communal pool and grass recreation area, is just a short walk away, and the apartment has an allocated parking space in the underground car park.
The beaches of Isla Plana are a 10 minute walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Murcia and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
