Athens Chic House is a premium hospitality proposal in the Athens. In a privileged location in the area of Neos Kosmos in Athens, it is ideal for activities either in the city or at the beaches, as it is located between them and it is only 2 km from the historical center and the Acropolis Museum and 3 km from the cosmopolitan Athenian Riviera. At very close distances, there is easy access to buses, trams and metro stations that connect you to all of Athens, Glyfada, the famous Athens-Sounio coastal road and Piraeus.
The brand new stylish apartments, the functional comforts, the safe neighborhood and the friendly atmosphere will leave you with the best impressions. We have a variety of room types to suit many different guest need models. We offer accommodation in modernly designed spaces and depending on your requirements and availability, you can choose between six independent apartments all with luxury private bathroom, Smart adroid TV 43'', autonomous air conditioning, basic kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi and much more… The result of our creation is a real home, as we would like it to be and with exactly what we wish to find in it.
Athens Chic House is housed in a single detached two-storey building and we are happy to provide Reception services in the morning. There is a 24 hour automated entry-exit system, both for the apartments and for the common areas, so that your access is easy, safe and fast. For additional security, there is a video door entry system to control the main entrance and a security door in each apartment, while automatic lighting and CCTV operate in public areas and outside the building. For earlier arrival or later departure, it is possible to secure your luggage in a specially designed common area, free of charge, so that you can use every minute of your trip carefree. WI-FI is provided free of charge and covers all areas. Parking in the neighborhood is safe and free for everyone. However, if you want greater security and easier accessibility, we have private underground parking in our area, upon request and availability at an additional cost.
Upon request, we provide you with great pleasure and free of charge:
- Luggage storage in a safe place (for earlier arrival or late departure)
- Ironing board and iron
- Use of laundry and cleaning items in our shared laundry (under your supervision)
- Prints
- Beach towels
- Ability to order coffee / breakfast / food from restaurants of your choice, serving the neighborhood, using the bell and intercom of the main entrance apartment.

At Athens Chic House we are a family. We, the owners, Maria and Themis, after having numerous trips around the world, loved tourism. We met new people from all over the world, gained close ties with professionals in the field, hosted many of them and gathered a variety of travel experiences. Until finally in 2021 we managed to fulfill our big dream and create an urban hostel of 6 apartments, where with passion and love, we will try to contribute to the tourism of our blessed place. We focus on your individual needs, maximum comfort, neighborhood culture, Greek culture and environmental protection and we invest in it with all our care. Our goal is to stay in your hearts and contribute to your positive and genuine experience from your stay in Athens. With attention to detail, emphasis on service, respect for privacy and discretion, we will make you feel like a member of our family from the first moment of your stay. The high aesthetic art design, offers peace and relaxation in your stay, while the facilities of high technological standards, the comfortable furniture and the luxurious linen, in the six autonomous and flexible apartments, will surely cover your every requirement for an unforgettable stay. Athens Chic House is located very close to the Onassis Foundation Building, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the National Museum of Contemporary Art, the pedestrian streets in Koukaki with the famous hangouts of Athanassiou Diakou and Drakou Street, Panteion University, the famous Nea Smyrni Square which has a large market and countless cafeterias, restaurants and bars, while the grove is ideal for a walk.
