There is a wonderful flow between the main floor of the home and the large, privately hedged back yard with a huge saltwater pool with waterfall perfect for a summer day. We are located in the beautiful Wainscott within 10 minutes of Main Street East Hampton, Main Street Bridgehampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. We are 3 minutes to Wolfer Vineyard and only one mile to the beach. You will love your stay in the Hamptons, with its beautiful beaches, charming towns, vineyards, farm stands, restaurants, and shopping.

The designer decorated Cape style home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs there are two new king beds with ensuite bathrooms. On the main floor there is a new queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen size pull out that can also be a study/ work area which share a newly renovated full bathroom. All bathrooms have been supplied with Quay body products, bath towels, as well as all bathroom necessities.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances and kitchen tools fit for anyone who loves to cook. The kitchen table next to the kitchen seats 8 people. We have a Weber grill on the deck outside. There is also a patio table that fits 8 people.

After coming back from a run/bike to the beach, there is an outdoor shower to enjoy.

We have one desk located on the main floor in the fourth bedroom.

Outside, enjoy the heated salt water pool with waterfall, lounge chairs and seated chairs. At nighttime plug in the hanging lights and build a fire in the firepit. We have a large grassy backyard perfect for outdoor games. Depending on the time of year there is gorgeous professionally done landscaping with hydrangeas in bloom.

High speed wifi, Fire TV are included with the rental and we have Alexa inside and Sonos outside all connected through the Alexa app. There is central air conditioning controlled by google nest. We are happy to arrange for our housekeeper to come during your stay (for additional fee).

There are four beach chairs and two bikes in the shed as well as a dozen pool / beach towels. Just bring your sunglasses.
