On entering the villa, the bright, spacious interior has wall-to-wall windows offering views of palm trees, gardens, pool and the sparkling sea – an idyllic sight to wake up to in the morning as you prepare for another day in paradise!
In the villa, you are greeted by two reception rooms with plenty of comfortable sofas and seating areas. The villa is equipped with fast broadband WIFI,, a huge 82´´ flatscreen TV and a full TV package offering all the popular UK, Spanish, French, German etc. International TV channels.
The large patio doors open onto a wraparound terrace that has amazing, breath-taking sea views and views over the garden and pool.
Off the lounge area is a large dining area with table and plenty of dining chairs.
From here it takes you into the large kitchen which has been professionally finished with 2 wall mounted ovens with microwaves above, dishwasher, 2 toasters, 2 kettles, 2 coffee machines so there is no waiting for breakfast in the morning! Large fridge/freezer.
Separate utility room with washing machine and washup area.
Upstairs to the 7 large bedrooms:

Two further luxury bathrooms, one with a large Jacuzzi bath.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated throughout at no extra cost.
For outdoor summer living, you will love the fabulous pool with plenty of sunbeds and shady umbrellas, the super-size, luxury, 4 meters x 2.2 meters Jacuzzi hot tub, and lovely, covered BBQ and outside eating areas where you can enjoy dining alfresco whilst looking at the fabulous sea views! For winter holidays the swimming pool can be heated for an extra cost (250 euros per week).
The hot tub located next to the pool will be wonderful to relax in during the winter months after a few rounds of golf or a busy day of sightseeing! and great during the summer months to cool down and relax with a cocktail or two!

There is plenty of parking outside the villa and across the road in the two free car parks.
There is a supermarket, restaurants and bars just 5 mins walk from the villa plus a great café/patisserie baking its own bread and pastries daily just across the road. Ideal for a great breakfast!
GOLFING HOLIDAYS
The villa is ideal for groups of golfers. It can accommodate up to 12 golfers in separate beds. Plenty of space for golf equipment storage and fully equipped for after golf relaxation in the pool or, during the winter months the huge Jacuzzi hot tub!
There are numerous golf courses in the area: Torrequebrada golf is 5 min drive, Benalmadena Golf 5 mis drive, Mijas Golf 15 mins drive, Parador golf 15 mins.drive plus several country golf courses- Alhaurin Golf – 15 mins drive, La Cala golf- -15 mins drive, Lauro golf 20 mins. drive.
