The property has underfloor heating. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a garden with lawn area and patio area with table and chairs plus BBQ. Garden Cottage is a wonderful base for a holiday in Yorkshire.

Other local attractions include Hebers Ghyll Waterfall, Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway and the ruins of Bolton Abbey.
