This is a beautifully renovated home in a residential area beside a playing field next to the canal. The canal has a trail which is a lovely peaceful area for walking and meeting locals out walking their dogs. It is a short walk to the core downtown area. It is well appointed with modern appliances

This was the perfect VRBO! Everything was squeaky clean and instructions were very clear. Absolutely loved the location too. The trail by the canal is right behind the house and grocery stores are within a mile as well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the bathroom was clean and recently updated. Loved the memories we made here and hope to come back for another visit! Mo was fantastic to work with!

Everything was perfect. Close location to grocery store and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Host is very quick to respond to messages. The beds were comfortable and clean. I liked the towel warmer in the bathroom.

The perfect place in a QUIET neighborhood no more than a 15-20 minute walk to the river and any restaurant you might want. It takes a minute to get accustomed to European spaces, so know they're small. But we were very happy to be on a quiet road The only thing that threw us off was the tumble dry was not working. That would have been great to know before walking in. We were planning on doing laundry and had to squeek out another few days before our next opportunity.Pack as light as you can and prepare to get your steps in, but worth it.

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Obwohl wir nur zu Zweit waren, wurden auf unseren Wunsch alle Betten bezogen und wir konnten beide Schlafzimmer nutzen. Fantastic base in Inverness

We (3 adults and a teenager) stayed in the flat for 2 nights. It is cosy and equipped with everything you need and it was all very clean. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and it is a fantastic base to explore Inverness and the surrounding area. Communication with Mo was always possible and very friendly. We would stay there again at any time.

Our family of four, including two teenage boys, stayed here for a week and everything about this rental was perfect! First, the place was spic-and-span--super clean and neat! There was actual thought put into the decor, with everything coordinated in shades of gray and silver. The entire unit was so well-appointed that we didn't want for anything (a hair-dryer, an air-fryer, linens, vacuum cleaner, etc). In fact, several times we hit up the local grocery stores and cooked/ate at home! Bonuses: 1. AMAZINGLY strong and dependable wi-fi. 2. A binder with instructional booklets for all of the appliances (I referred to this binder at least three times and was grateful for it!). 3. A basket of brochures, books, maps and pamphlets of local tourist sites, which saved us several trips to the visitors center! 4. The owner lives locally and was communicative and helpful without hovering. 5. There is a HUUUGE green space behind the property and my teenagers would play football and baseball out there every night after a long day of sightseeing--I actually think that the field was their favorite part! 6. We walked into the shopping area of Inverness several times a day (15-20 minutes, depending on how peppy you are!). 7. It's attached to the house next to it, but we never once heard any sound through the walls. As Americans traveling abroad, this sweet rental was like returning to our own home every night, at about half the cost of a week's stay in two hotel rooms. Thanks!

Quaint and comfy stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and amenities were provided. Mo was great with communicating with us and also allowed us to check in a little early with our luggage. A 20 minute walk from Inverness in a neighborhood near a school. Definitely recommend.

Overall a good stay. The place is pretty spacious with good amenities. The wifi was quick and reliable and the availability of a washer and dryer was very nice. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The only negative was the size of the bed in the main bedroom. It is quite small, so very cramped for the wife and I. Seemed smaller than other "double" beds we had on the same trip at other locations. Aside from that, all was good.

Incredible in Inverness

Mo was beyond amazing! Quick to respond, very communicative. They paid attention to EVERY detail and they had everything we needed. It was the best stop in our 2 week trip! Residence was clean, organized, well cared for, updated, beautiful, quiet and felt like home. It had secure parking. Walking distance to all the fun. Most definitely will stay again if life blesses us with another trip to Scotland.

This place was great! So clean and well equipped! It’s about 0.8 miles to the River Ness, to which we walked each day. There’s a bakery about 0.4 miles away and a Tesco a little farther away. The Caledonian Canal is about a 5-minute walk away which is a great place to walk. The host was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!!

My husband works away on 3 on 3 off rota so he will be around also if needed when at home.
If I can I would meet & greet visitors if they would like me to do so up to the individuals.
I only live along the road so it’s not a problem with doing this.
