Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, zur Stadt 10 Minuten zum Strand 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Es ist eine grosse Wohnung, gut geeignet für Familien. Fernseher hat ausschließlich italienische Sender.
