From the living room you can access the covered private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners in the open air with a magnificent view of Lake Garda and the hills!

The property continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe and overlooks the private garden at the back.

*the house is only accessible on foot and is approximately 2 minutes from the entrance and there are several steps to reach it.



*To get to the swimming pool you have to go up stairs (the pool is about 1 minute away).



The residence swimming pool is available from 01 June to 30 September, during the following hours 09:00-13:00 - 15:00-20:00 A swimming cap is required.
