Townhouse located in the popular area of Los Cristianos. The complex is one of the newest builds in the area.
Private garage for 2 cars on the lower level.
Two terraces, Independent kitchen, laundry room, large living room on the ground floor. Sunshine during the day in one terrace and sunshine in the evening in the back terrace.
The second floor has 3 complete bedrooms, each with air conditioning and 2 complete bathrooms.
The top floor has a roof terrace. Perfect for families.

Excellent accommodation in great location

We were 7 adults, the accommodation suited us well. The host met us on arrival and showed us around the accommodation which was spacious and very clean.The accommodation had everything we needed and the host arranged a late check out which we appreciated.The accommodation is in a good location close to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, but not too close to be noisy.The pool is an added bonus.We would highly recommend the host and the accommodation and would definitely rent from the host again.

Fantastic property in the perfect location

The property was spacious, clean and well equipped, which was ideal for 5 adults. The pool is an added bonus! Located in a quiet spot but only 5 minutes from bars, shops and restaurants. We can't thank Ravi enough for his great communication in the lead up to our holiday and whilst on holiday. We hope to be back!!

Perfect family holiday home

This property was absolutely perfect for our adult family stay in Los Cristianos. Ravi was promptly on hand for all our needs and requests. Our first reaction was that the pictures advertising the property, although accurate, didn't do it enough justice. Perfect location for night life and a good walk to the beach. I would definitely book again if taking family away.

Really good find

We had a great short stay here. Spacious and comfortable property with plenty of room for us. Good pool. Close to supermarkets and eating places, and bars. Walk for 15 minutes and you are at the sea, the market or the old centre of Los Cristianos. Peaceful location but also some lively bars close by. Communication was good. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for your holidays

We had a great time in Teneriffe. The house is clearly exactly as described in the advertisement. Very spaceous, clean and with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were three people, everybody had their own room and there was plenty of space left. You could easyly stay at the house with 6-8 people. The owner was very professional and easy going at the same time. No problem to reach him any time of the day and ask any questions. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top terrace. Supermarket across the street. Private parking in the Garage with entrance inside the house, very luxurious. Price performance ratio is very good.

Great Stay

We were a group of 7 with teenagers and 80 year old grandparents. Property had plenty of space for us to spread out (inside and out). It's in a quiet residential complex so there is a mix of residents, ex-pats and rented properties. You have access to s good sized pool which is spotless and has its own toilets. Ravi was very helpful. Met us on arrival and arranged for 4 new sunloungers so we could make best use of the pool. Could probably use another wardrobe and mirror in the single room and top floor but the wardrobes in the others rooms are big enough to share. Quiet location with plenty of restaurants/bars a short walk away. Decent supermarket 5 mins or 24hr shop straight across the road. 15/20 min walk to the promenade or old town. Taxi back if you don't fancy the hill about 5 euro.

Lovely clean accommodation with everything we needed. Lovely pool. Ravi met us at the apartment and explained everything and told us about the area. Definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Wij hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Het huis was zeker groot genoeg voor gezin van 4 mensen . Iedereen eigen slaapkamer en 2 badkamers. Op wandelafstand van winkels , restaurants en bars . Echt aanrader.
