Private garage for 2 cars on the lower level.
Two terraces, Independent kitchen, laundry room, large living room on the ground floor. Sunshine during the day in one terrace and sunshine in the evening in the back terrace.
The second floor has 3 complete bedrooms, each with air conditioning and 2 complete bathrooms.
The top floor has a roof terrace. Perfect for families.

Quiet location yet very close to the centre of the town. In few minutes you're in the centre of the town. The house is away from the street so you enjoy the central location and the advantage of the quiet as you’re distant from the traffic.
