The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 100 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room, a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway, and a separate WC also accessible via the hallway.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private terrace — smoking is not allowed on the terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip DeLonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) and individual radiators throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 8 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the terrace are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Who was to know London would have record high temperatures in May? The flat was clean and excellently-located for our trip. We knew the flat was on the fourth floor- we just didn’t know it would be 90 degrees in the flat (there is no a/c- quite normal for England- heat rises). We kept windows open and fans blasting, but we were very uncomfortable. I think they should have much more effective fans. Just keep an eye on the weather and be prepared!
